Paul and Curly made me feel as if I was a family member and they showed that they truly cared about what I wanted how I felt and what I needed not just selling a car. I have told any and everybody that will listen about my experience and that no matter what they need to go to this dealership if they are in the market for purchasing a new or used car. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had and I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future. I feel in my heart that I will not have buyer's remorse with the purchase of my vehicle I am elated with my vehicle overwhelmed and very satisfied with my experience. Honesty will get you far in life and these two men are full of compassion and showed complete honesty over trying to sell a vehicle. More

Got to Finance Mgr., 0/0 rate higher than agree to, stated that was best they could. I walk out, pushing Finance Manager. Manager tried to settle dispute won't not honor 0/0 rate. I Left, not going to get bully into purchasing at higher rate. They could of been honest up front, not misleading on rate for Financing. Will Not Recommend to Anyone. More
Bad Customer Service I scheduled an early morning oil change on two occasions at this dealership just to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. Even after explaining that I scheduled an early morning oil change on two occasions at this dealership just to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. Even after explaining that I had another appointment to get to, which led to me selecting such an early time to avoid any conflicts, the reps still could not assure me that I'd be serviced in time. Whatever scheduling system they are using needs be reviewed because it's very inconvenient for customer's who have scheduled a portion of their day to get matters handled. At the very least, I could have been offered something in return for the inconveniences on both trips. I've chosen to no longer waste my time and use their services. More

The fastest and best car buying experience I've ever had! I was inquiring about vehicles that fit a set budget, mileage, and year. After much searching (for about a week and definitely all day on the 26th) I I was inquiring about vehicles that fit a set budget, mileage, and year. After much searching (for about a week and definitely all day on the 26th) I came across a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for a little over 8000.00. Once I sent my inquiry, BJ Walls immediately emailed, texted, and called me. I was in class so I couldn't answer, however, I did return his call and did not reach him at first. He called me back while I was speaking with another dealership and I immediately kicked the other dealership off of the phone. I was about 1 minute for settling on a decent enough car but it wasn't what I really wanted. BJ said with tags, title, and fees included with the price of the car that my total would not go over 10000. I didn't know if I believed him but a friend went with me. I was an hour or so early but BJ helped us immediately. All of the paperwork took maybe 25 minutes (after the test drive) and then I was just waiting while they cleaned up the car (that was already clean lol). BJ even took the vehicle and put gas in it! This was the best experience ever and I highly recommend BJ Walls! He was polite, professional, quick, and accommodating! Plus... all of those plaques and awards for being the top sales man at least 7-15 different years didn't hurt either. Thank you again BJ! More
Poor Service I visited Nissan of Conyers to have my car checked due to vibration at 60 mph and tire pressure light turned off. I told the service tech I had purch I visited Nissan of Conyers to have my car checked due to vibration at 60 mph and tire pressure light turned off. I told the service tech I had purchased new tires, had tires balanced and aligned. The technician told me they will inspect the car to see what was going on and turn the tire pressure light off. Their suggestions was that I needed a balance...although I just had tires balanced 3 days prior. Next he said I needed new brakes bc my car vibrates when I press the brakes..which it doesn't. I told him it doesn't but he said. "You just cant feel it but it is". REALLY!!!!?? If I cant feel the vibration then I'm not getting new brakes. Next he gave me a long list of items I needed that totaled over $2500. With this being said I asked for my car and was told its not ready but my car was ready..it had been there 4 hours. I noticed the air pressure light still on as I got into car. I went back to let them know light was still on but was told I had a bad sensor and it would be $300 to turn it off. Bottom line I didn't need a balance it was my motor mounts that were broken. Thanks Terry for a horrible experience. The only pleasant thing about the visit was the young lady at the cashiers desk was pleasant and terry in sales was funny! More

I started my day with a phone call to the dealership speaking to Robert "BJ" Walls. Told him what car I had seen on the internet and asked was it still there. I took Uber to the dealership and BJ said if I bought the car he would pay for my Uber ride. I thank you BJ for making my experience a great one. I even appreciate the time you took to replace my remote batteries when I came back a couple of days later. You are the best. More
