I really have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. They were very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and not at all pushy. After going to one other Nissan dealer and calling quite a few, I can only see myself doing business with Conyers Nissan in the Atlanta/Georgia area. William, in particular, is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with (I have bought cars from Lexus, Acura, Toyota, and Honda). Everyone at Conyers Nissan was very polite, punctual, and very friendly. Initially, I did not want to buy a Nissan but changed my mind after the wonderful experience I had with them after my cousin bought a car from Conyers. I highly recommend this dealer, especially William, to anyone interested in a car. Just go straight to Conyers if you want to buy a car. Don't waste your time at other dealers. More
I started looking for a sedan for almost a month now. I found one but I wanted to see other cars and check out my options. I drive passConyers Nissan a million times. Well the sales man gretted me & I told him what I'm looking for & my price. He shows me the use cars & most of them weren't even serviced yet. They were dirty inside coke bottles & smelled like cigarates. Why show a customer cars like that. Then I seen maybe one good car & before I can even test drive the car he is already talking about numbers. I asked him do he have anymore options & he said yes & we went to his office & looked at a couple. Then he tells me that if a car I see that I like they would have to order it & I would have to put $2k down. Remind you I don't even get to physically see the car or test drive it & he wants me to put money on the car. I said that has to be the dumbest thing why would anyone buy a car they haven't test drove. The sales man argues back & forth with me about my opinion. He cuts me off as I talk & was just rude. I cut him off & said well I'm going to wrap this up & cut it short. He offered another sales man & I refused. I ask to speak to the manager which was Carl. I told him the situation & told him I would never do business here & that the customer service is horrible. He offered to help but I wouldn't want to give these people a dime of my money. This dealership comes off as dealers who pressure customers & try to get in your pockets before you step in a car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Beware! More

I was the owner of a very nice 2011 Toyota Camry. Because of the nature of my job, I was in need of a truck. I tried a couple of dealerships but was told my payoff was to high. Inquired online with the Nissa of the nature of my job, I was in need of a truck. I tried a couple of dealerships but was told my payoff was to high. Inquired online with the Nissan dealership online and recieved a call from a salesperson shortly after. I was doubtful about being able to trade in my car because I had a fairly substantial payoff on iit but the salesman guaranteed me that if I gave him a chance, he could put me in a truck. I didn't know what to expect but I was soon to find out that my salesman was true to his word. He showed a ginuine interest in helping me get the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. When the final deal was made with the sales manager, I became the owner of a new Nissan pickup. The sales staff at Conyers Nissan was friendly, honest and very professional. Their goal was to help me and that's exactly what the dis. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and great service. More

Wow! Where do I begin? I have bought several cars from this dealership. Unfortunately for them this will be my last. I bought a used Altima in October of 2011. The deal seemed to be pretty good at the tim this dealership. Unfortunately for them this will be my last. I bought a used Altima in October of 2011. The deal seemed to be pretty good at the time until I really had the opportunity to drive the car and inspect it thoroughly. When signing the paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle I was promised by my sales person that my car would have brand new tires and brand new brakes before I took possession. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The service department only put 2 new tires on initially. The second time that I brought it in (less than a week later) the tire sensor was bad and they had put 3 different types of tires on the car. The third time they decided to put two different types of tires on the car and had to fix the alignment because the car was shaking ridiculously. All of this happened within the first two weeks of me owning the car. Other issues that I have tried to address with these people are the interior of the car is dirty (was never cleaned after the first owner traded). The car smells like something is burning (please keep in mind that this car only has 40,000 miles on it. Also the brakes squeak … so it’s obvious that my sales person did NOT keep his word about me getting new brakes. The car was dirty from top to bottom. I am still cleaning it because I find stuff on a daily basis. The exterior of the car is shot. I’m really surprised that this vehicle wasn’t buffed or touched up because it is in bad shape and actually needs a paint job. All this dealership did was to allow this person to trade their car in and did nothing to make sure that the next person purchasing it would be satisfied. NO MAINTENANCE was done at all on this vehicle and it’s obvious that NO ONE CARES. These are only a FEW of the MANY issues that I am having. I have reached out to my salesman (Carl Whipple) as well as the service manager (Serge) and have not received one call or response to my emails and concerns. This will NOT be the last of hearing from me. Up to the corporate I go as well as the BBB. More

My salesman BJ was definitely knowledgeable about the specifications and features of the new 2012 Maxima. He didn’t pressure me or try to sell me a car i did not want. He was there with me through the whole purchasing process. All which made my already difficult decision on choosing the right car that much easier, comfortable, and satisfactory in selecting the 2012 Maxima as my next car of choice. The financing team was exceptional as well, my monthly payments ended up being less than what I was initially expecting to pay thanks to them. I could not have asked for a better car purchasing experience than what Conyers Nissan provided. Thanks Again Earnest Minefield More
