We had to go back in MULTIPLE times bc of errors (even weeks after purchasing) to sign and re-sign papers. Word of advise- DO NOT sign their blank forms!!!! They wrote up paperwork wrong after insisting we just sign it blank which stated we were trading IN the vehicle we purchased from them ??... Not to mention the MANY fails at returning my phone calls/messages. More

Gibson, I have been coming to Nissan for four to five years to have my 350z serviced and have been a loyal customer since I have owned my Nissan 350z. During the month of December 2015, I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning because the belts had broke. I was unable to pickup my vehicle by the time the store closed on Saturday due to my schedule, I contacted my service advisor and advised that I would have to pick up my vehicle on the following Monday morning due to the Nissan store being closed on Sunday. I paid by credit card on that Saturday in full, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle on Monday morning, I noticed it was not parked in the customer pickup area and that it was parked up front where the customers park. I also noticed that my car had been hit in the rear panel. I made contact with R. Khoury personally and he advised that he would find out what happened, Mr. Khoury advised me to drive over to Caliber Collision body shop to get an estimate while we figured out what happened. He notified me by phone and said it got hit on Saturday by a customer. Mr. Khoury said he would help me the best he can, I was advised by Cailber Collision that Nissan wanted me to drop back off my car at Nissan the following day to pick up a loaner car. I contacted Mr. Khoury and he advised that I should make a police report about the incident, I made the police report with Conyers Police about the incident, I later spoke back with Mr. Khoury and he advised that it was out of his hands and that the manager said there wasn't anything they could do and that it was an insurance claim. The estimate cost was in the $600 range, my deductible is $500, I should not have to pay the deductible. I do not hold Mr. Khoury responsible and he has been nothing but nice and tried to help me. Here are several things I have a problem with, first of all I was not contacted when the accident happened, second the car was not parked in the correct spot after being serviced, my car was in possession by Nissan and Nissan should be responsible for the damages that occurred while in their possession. Conveniently the cameras were not working on the side of the building my vehicle was parked on. So what I'm gathering is that no one's vehicle is safe at Nisssan. Also I was sent a picture of the alleged vehicle plates that came back to a vehicle that Police officers can't do anything with because it's out of state plates. I find it funny that whoever took the picture had time to take the picture but not take the time to get the customers information who hit my vehicle and as well notify the service manager or the authorities. Based on how the information and incident was handled, my opinion is that one of the employees backed my car into something and didn't take the responsibility for his or her actions. I will be contacting social media and forwarding this through the proper channels to let everyone know how Nissan treats their customers. I can't believe Nissan would want to lose a customer over such a small dollar amount. More

Service Diagnosis Completely Wrong I took my 2003 350Z (the first one ever sold in GA) in to Conyers Nissan because of a buzzing sound coming from the front of the car when I applied th I took my 2003 350Z (the first one ever sold in GA) in to Conyers Nissan because of a buzzing sound coming from the front of the car when I applied the brakes. Their diagnosis was that the rear axle bearings were bad which caused the anti-lock brake system to erroneously apply the brakes (keep in mind the noise was coming from the front of the car). They wanted to charge me $1400 to replace the REAR axle bearings (I'm convinced it would not have solved the problem). I wanted a second opinion and I took my car to another shop. With one test drive the technician at that shop diagnosed the problem as a failed ABS sensor on the passenger side front tire. The sensor was replaced which solved the problem at a cost of $215 total. You expect "expert" service and this was far far below my expectation to the point that I would never trust this dealership again with my car. The service ratings for this dealership have been poor over the past six years and I will never take my car there for anything. However I do have to say the Service Mgr did listen to my complaint and at least he refunded my diagnostic fee but it bothers me that he didn't admit that his technician completely dropped the ball on this one. Service work on 04-15 thru 04-24 Had to take our Nissan Armada for major repair. After talking to Aaron Dawson, service advisor, and explaining the issue I had with my SUV, Mr. Dawson Had to take our Nissan Armada for major repair. After talking to Aaron Dawson, service advisor, and explaining the issue I had with my SUV, Mr. Dawson came back to me with an explanation of what it would take to get the job done and it would cost. SUV was fixed in timely matter, considering problem with the car, and no additional charges or hidden fees appeared on my final bill. Armada works, wife is happy, well that makes me happy. If you looking for to get your Nissan vehicle fixed, consider Conyers Nissan Service Department and ask for Aaron or any other service advisors. You will be treated with respect and your vehicle will be serviced in timely manner. In March I had to bring my Altima in for a repair, and we received the same quality service. More
Awful experience with the billing department for the service I would like to make a complaint against the billing department for the service area. I brought in my Nissan Pathfinder for a oil change, coolant flus I would like to make a complaint against the billing department for the service area. I brought in my Nissan Pathfinder for a oil change, coolant flush, etc. that would take several hours. After the service was done and payment was made, I thought everything was settled. Needless to say my check for over $1900 was never cashed. I made several attempts to call and find out why. My information was taken, but I never got a call back. Then suddenly a collections agency gives me a call for payment. I asked them to send me an email with what information they had received. Apparently, Conyers Nissan had the last number for my checking account incorrect. Instead of them doing a double check on their end,or even giving me a courtesy call, I was sent to a collections agency. So please be aware when dealing with the service department. I will make sure to tell everyone that I know to be aware of this dealership. More

Talk about a great car buying experience. The salesman was both professional and courteous. I did not feel rushed nor pressured To make a decision. Financing was a breeze.
