Poor Service I visited Nissan of Conyers to have my car checked due to vibration at 60 mph and tire pressure light turned off. I told the service tech I had purch I visited Nissan of Conyers to have my car checked due to vibration at 60 mph and tire pressure light turned off. I told the service tech I had purchased new tires, had tires balanced and aligned. The technician told me they will inspect the car to see what was going on and turn the tire pressure light off. Their suggestions was that I needed a balance...although I just had tires balanced 3 days prior. Next he said I needed new brakes bc my car vibrates when I press the brakes..which it doesn't. I told him it doesn't but he said. "You just cant feel it but it is". REALLY!!!!?? If I cant feel the vibration then I'm not getting new brakes. Next he gave me a long list of items I needed that totaled over $2500. With this being said I asked for my car and was told its not ready but my car was ready..it had been there 4 hours. I noticed the air pressure light still on as I got into car. I went back to let them know light was still on but was told I had a bad sensor and it would be $300 to turn it off. Bottom line I didn't need a balance it was my motor mounts that were broken. Thanks Terry for a horrible experience. The only pleasant thing about the visit was the young lady at the cashiers desk was pleasant and terry in sales was funny! More

I started my day with a phone call I had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks. Had a few bad experiences prior to coming to Conyers Nissan. I started my day with a phone call to the dealership speaking to Robert "BJ" Walls. Told him what car I had seen on the internet and asked was it still there. I took Uber to the dealership and BJ said if I bought the car he would pay for my Uber ride. I thank you BJ for making my experience a great one. I even appreciate the time you took to replace my remote batteries when I came back a couple of days later. You are the best. More

Scam..Stay away!!! Stay away from salesman Paul Huyan. He is a lying crook. service team lied about part that was not broken i was in georgia visiting from ny with my wife and 2 young children. i was told by a nissan dealership in ny that my throttle body needed to be clean i was in georgia visiting from ny with my wife and 2 young children. i was told by a nissan dealership in ny that my throttle body needed to be cleaned. so my father is a retired mechanic and he tried cleaning it after i drove from ny to ga to visit him. he opened the flap and sprayed some cleaner in. my car while running after he cleaned the throttle body started reving up and down on its own. i googled what was going on and many people said that the cars computer just needed to be reset. so i brought my 2007 nissan altima to conyers nissan to have them reset it for me. a couple hours later their service department called me and said the throttle body is destroyed and would be $1500 and there was a couple thousand more in other things that needed attention. i had a bad feeling so i told them not to do anything i want my car back. so i lost over $135 just for them to look at it but they said they would deduct it from the price of the work if they were going to do it. NO THANKS. i ended up driving back to ny about 900miles with a 1 year old and a 6 year old and my wife in my car that would cruze at 60mph+ with out me even touching the gas. it was sticking bad and the weather for a couple hrs was worse. i finally made back to ny safe but stressed out as can be. i was so nervous driving my car in the condition it was in. the following day i bring my car to my local mechanic i deal with. he hooked it up to his computer and reset it and was done in under 5minutes! $50 it cost me! the part was fine like i though. i called to complain and they just kept giving me to different people playing games. if i got into a accident on my way home i would of sued the crap out of them. they did nothing to make it right and then just stopped answering my calls. CROOKS STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN!!!!! More
Deceptive Dealer I called about a great deal they had posted on their website regarding a 2014 Frontier. They only had a stock photo of a new model, but had the great I called about a great deal they had posted on their website regarding a 2014 Frontier. They only had a stock photo of a new model, but had the great price. When I called of course the first thing I was told was "come in and let us show you the vehicle". I was willing to drive 300 miles if this was legitimate. The sales lady said she'd have an associate take photos and text them to me. Next I got a call saying that truck isn't on the lot but they have a great deal on another if I want to come in. I told them they shouldn't post deceptive photos. She stated she already told the manager to take it down. All they did was post another stock Frontier photo, different color, same price, same stock number, same everything. Just a different color. No wonder this dealer has so many poor reviews. They give Nissan a bad rap. More

I spoke with the salesperson "Alex" and he told me that he would be working late until 9pm so he made an appointment for me. I even received a follow up call confirming my appointment with "Alex". When I arrived at the dealership, I was bum rushed by the agent, Bruce Doss. I informed Bruce that I had an appointment with "Alex". That's when Bruce told me "Alex" left early and he would be helping me. I drove over 60 miles to this dealership to see "Alex" because I explained my situation and "Alex" told me he would be able to get me in a car. I was so frustrated that he was not there, that I was about to leave but the salesperson Bruce said that he would help me get a car. I waited for TWO Hours and in the end, there was no deal. This dealership is horrible and they waste people's time. The salesperson Bruce was very rude and very sarcastic so customers BEWARE OF BRUCE DOSS!!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They sell your information as well to third party companies. Please take heed and don't give your business to these scam artists! Buying my car was great I called in on a Saturday fully expecting the run around that you usually get from the dealerships in a dash to see who will actually buy a car. I spoke with Shay and told her I'm already approved, I see the car I want on your lot and I can submit my paperwork now to avoid doing all of it in the dealership and having to wait. I submitted my app online, emailed her my paperwork and told her the exact car I was looking at. In 20 minutes she called me and told me everything was done, come in with my ID and to see Antwan and he would be my sales rep. When I got to the dealership they had my car pulled up and Antwan took me on a test drive. We came back and they showed me the typical false numbers lol and I asked to see the actual bank approval. With no hesitation they showed me the approval and I asked to see the different amount of years to finance and the amounts. I actually LET them get an extra .5 percent (which totaled 600) over the bottom price I would approve on the car and I signed my deal. I left with my car and a smile without feeling like I got the short end of a stick. More
