I took my car which is a 2019 Nissan Armada to the service department because of a check engine light as well as the vehicle driving as if it was misfiring. Marcus Samuel was the Sales Advisor that I service department because of a check engine light as well as the vehicle driving as if it was misfiring. Marcus Samuel was the Sales Advisor that I delt with as well as the service manager. Over the span of 2 visits the service department stated that they fixed the issue. When I received the car back initially it wasn't resolved after that they started that issue wasn't resolved but to drive it for a bit and it will fix itself. They also performed an oil change on a vehicle that was less than 10 previously having one and wasn't authorized, After this encounter I took mechanic shop and they were able to fix the issue for $150. I then engaged with Nissan Consumer affairs (51501122). I sent them all of the requested documents and was told that the dealership refuses to refund the money with no further explanation. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership as well as my Sister-in law purchasing 4. I'm applaud at the level of professionalism and service rendered. I really fell as though they took advantage of me. I will to resolve the issue to further the relationship with the dealership but if not me and multiple friends and family members will seek another dealership for our service and purchasing needs. I was contacted by Ty at Conyers Nissan. Ty called and stated that Nissan wants my Nissan 2021 Sentra and what will it take to let them buy it off my hands. Long story short. Ty told me I will recieve a guaranteed 479 or lesser payment on the car then I was already making. I asked him 3 times is he sure and he continued with certainty. I was told I’ll get 17000 for my car, Lower apr rate and car note. Well when I get arrived at about 12. We spoke they checked the car and things seemed to be good, but while talking to Ty I noticed a lot of inconsistency in how he’s was speaking. I started to bring the conversation up we had and he was changing a lot of things from what we spoke about on the phone. It went from get what ever you want to your car is worth 16000. Im like cool. I proceeded to pic what ever I want on the phone like I was told. No payment down but that’s when the conversation changed. Then it went from that to I only can get a Nissan Sentra. I was upset because at that point I knew I was finessed, but I said ok I’ll take then his boss came in all of sudden and changed my amount to 10000 for my car and stated that I may recieve the car but my carnote will be 600 amount. I was instantly furious because they asked me did I bring money to put down when Ty told me not to bring anything because I won’t needed. I expressed to them how unprofessional that was. I understand your job is to sell but not to lie to people and make them take the day off and became late to my grandmas 97th bday. I expressed to him how he should deal with customers better and be truthful when giving out guarantees to people. Moral of the story it was unprofessional and it need to stop. People have lives to. You should not give deals to people if you cannot actually give real deal without changing from what you actually said. More
I'm not sure whether my sales guy Sean is sincerely incompetent or the general practice at this dealership is to be deceptive. But somehow I was charged for a $4k warranty that I did not agree too. The sticker price of the car also did not include certification as a pre owned vehicle. Overall I would never buy a car from this Nissan again. Customer service was also rude when I brought up the issue. Ohhh and I almost forgot...Sean saved the fact that there was only one car key available after I already bought the car. He then told me I should go to a locksmith to remedy the situation. Lastly he told me I needed to get the emissions on the car checked and that if I sent him the copy he would reimburse me for the charge. Not like I need $20, I just hate being lied to. More

The sales and finance department were very transparent in their pricing and all the options available. The salesperson (Sean Mcqueen) even came in on his day off to meet me and ensure I left with the vehicle their pricing and all the options available.
