Unfortunatley I had a horrible experience. Which is sad because I chose this dealership because someone I knew worked there YEARS ago. The top salesman was Carl when my friend work there an Which is sad because I chose this dealership because someone I knew worked there YEARS ago. The top salesman was Carl when my friend work there and 20 years later he was still the top salesman. So I thought I could trust him. I bought a car from out of state BUT the car salesman Carl was not forthright about the previous owners and or smell of the vehicle. The salesman did not disclose the car had a HORRIBLE smoking smell. It was so bad, my son had to change his clotes after driving the vehicle. I was very disappointed because no one ever mentioned or disclosed the disgusting scent. I trusted the dealership and salesman. Unfortunately I had paid for the call in full for my bonus son; A 2021 Versa. Not to mention the car delivery was even worst. They didnt wash the vehicle and they gave it to him without asking for any identification. Nonetjeless, He paid to have the car detailed but it didnt elminate the smell. So I contacted the dealership and they finally put a machine in the car to get rid of the smell. It took a few hours but finally the stinch was gone. All in all it was a HORRIBLE experience and I felt silly for trusting the salesman and the dealership. Word to the wise NEVER purchase a car site unseen. More
