Only negative was with Jake M (Used Car Manager) - on the first night we came out (it was almost closing time) and he really pushed us to make a decision that night - once I tell someone that I need some additional time to think about a purchase this large, I want to think about it don't keep pushing me. Jake needs some interaction skills training. That is the only reason I can only give 4 stars. Time will tell on followup service. More

I was in and out in about 2 hours, this was amazing because I’ve literally spent an entire day at a dealership on a few occasions.
