Service Conyers Nissan dealership deserves a ZERO stars. YOU ARE TREATED AS A NUMBER AND NOT A CUSTOMER.Their service department is terrible. I have taken m Conyers Nissan dealership deserves a ZERO stars. YOU ARE TREATED AS A NUMBER AND NOT A CUSTOMER.Their service department is terrible. I have taken my car to be serviced here before, every time it's a three hour wait time no matter what the service is. I recently took my car in to have my transmission fluid changed. I had no problems with my vehicle before I brought it in for this service. 14 days after the service my transmission started slipping. I brought the car back in. They stayed that my transmission had gone bad. I asked how could the transmission have gone bad in 14 days. I spoke with the General Manager and he told me that it's nothing that they can do and they did not make my transmission go bad.. The Service here is TERRIBLE.. THEY SHOULD UNDERDTAND THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY WILL NOT STAY IN BUSINESS.. More

Strongly recommend My service advisor Aaron always goes above and beyond to ensure my service needs are met. Most recent oil change resulted in oil drops in my driveway My service advisor Aaron always goes above and beyond to ensure my service needs are met. Most recent oil change resulted in oil drops in my driveway. Leida (CS Mgr) contacted me to find out about our experience. When I advised her of this problem she quickly handled it by having me return with the vehicle without having to wait long. She even offered to have the oil stains cleaned up. I was also introduced to the service mgr who addressed this issue and apologized for me having to return. I have been getting service on 2 Nissans that we own at Conyers Nissan and will continue to be a customer there. Have also referred others to them. Strongly recommend. More

Vince Resko is awesome!!! Vince was friendly and good salesmen. Even though it was raining we still went on the test drive and did a walk thru of the car as well as went over s Vince was friendly and good salesmen. I had to return for my cargo cover...a couple of times, but he always followed up and was responsive to my questions. It took almost a month for it to finally come in but it did come. Great Staff, Long Wait I brought car to be serviced, Barnett was my advisor and he was amazing! The wait time, however was awful. I waited 3 hours and was told it would be l I brought car to be serviced, Barnett was my advisor and he was amazing! The wait time, however was awful. I waited 3 hours and was told it would be longer so I got a ride home. I found out at the end of the day that my mechanic was pulled away to work on other things which delayed my car being fixed and I had to return the next morning to pick it up. This was highly inconvenient. Other than the wait, everything else was great. The staff is very friendly and personable. More
