They tried to go way over the listed price on true car. No maintenance was done on the used car . I had to do the oil change by myself. All the mats in the car was missing and the interior was dirty No maintenance was done on the used car . I had to do the oil change by myself. My issues were notable during the process. Sean was good to work with but beyond that many challenges. As a remote buyer, who had the vehicle shipped to me, I should have been more diligent in Sean was good to work with but beyond that many challenges. As a remote buyer, who had the vehicle shipped to me, I should have been more diligent in asking more questions. I just was disappointed with the dealership's processes with a buyer out of state like myself. 1. Car has heavy cigarette smoke smell. I am going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to detail it. 2. Car was delivered without a level 1 charger adapter, rather just a level 2. 3. Your website clearly states that doc fees are included in the price. The first quote I got back added $899 in those same fees. These were taken away after the initial response I gave but it was not a confidence inspiring moment 4. Your second quote missed state of Michigan specific fees that showed up in the final financial paperwork. I would expect a major dealership to know these fees ahead of time 5. I asked for the car to be fully charged. It was not quite fully charged when I received it. I did not have a charger installed yet in my garage so this is why I asked for it to be fully charged. 6. Getting confirmation that your dealership received my signed paperwork was an adventure. I had to repeatedly call and your sales manager eventually confirmed that the parts department accidentally signed for the package 7. As result of having to reschedule the pickup and shipping carrier I scheduled several times, my bill with them went up $200 because I kept having to reestimate when I would have everything cleaned up 8. Your team resisted use of a wire transfer and said I had to use a cashier's check. We lost a day in my getting the car because I had to explain my banks could not send a cashier's check in real time. Upon saying this then suddenly I got a form explaining how a wire transfer was possible. Come on. 9. We lost a day in shipping because your finance department indicated they could not ship out paperwork on a Saturday because that department is closed on the weekend. The paperwork I needed to sign was done Friday afternoon. You are telling me you cannot have the finance department print what is needed and ask literally anyone who is working on a Saturday to ship something out? Come on 10. I understand paperwork for an out of state purchase is needed to mitigate risks against fraud.. that process however took too long and could have been better managed Overall between the terrible smell, the charging adapter, the lost time, my having to repeatedly call, the games on fees, rescheduling delivery added fees ... sorry, there is no other way I can say I am satisfied. I am out something like 800 dollars more than I thought when we "agreed" on the quote without the 899 in fees that were not supposed to be there to begin with. Having to be forced to take out a loan to get your published price is also silly and unnecessary. More
