Outstanding experience with this dealership, and probably the best / easiest transaction I've ever made on a vehicle. I was buying a vehicle for my son from out of state and found the car on cargurus.com the best / easiest transaction I've ever made on a vehicle. I was buying a vehicle for my son from out of state and found the car on cargurus.com I contacted the dealership about the car and was contacted back very promptly by Mauro. I explained to Mauro that I was not able to see the car in person and he sent me loads of photos to view. I went ahead and made the purchase - deposit paid, wired the balance and completed the appropriate paperwork (emailed and original copies returned). I scheduled transport myself and Mauro made sure the car was loaded and on its way (he sent additional photos when the vehicle was loaded onto the truck). The car arrived in awesome condition, without any issues at all. Not the first time I've purchased a car sight-unseen, but this was by far the easiest, quickest and best transaction yet. Great car. It has been a stressful week deciding between dealers and what car I was going to choose and while searching here and there I started taking a look at Conway Imports auto sales. I fell in love with a few opt what car I was going to choose and while searching here and there I started taking a look at Conway Imports auto sales. I fell in love with a few options but wasn’t sure if my credit was going to be approved so along with other questions I had I decided to give a call and for me is important closing deals in the language I speak so I requested someone that speaks Spanish. Thankfully Mauro answered each and one of them with so much confidence and even tho he was taking care of another customer he took the time and the patience to clear my doubts and I felt so much relieved and with a taste of hope and confidence that I set an appointment with him the next day. As soon as we arrived we greeted us with a big smile and ready to make business with us and as I already knew which cars I wanted he took us for a spin and once I made my decision he started the process right away. He and Sebastian moved rocks and flipped the earth the make a way for me to come thru with a loan and take my new car home today. I pretty much just handout the information and they as a power team they are came out with excellent news and with a big smile he gave me the amazing news that I’m still Processing. This achievement was possible because Mauro and Sebastian are always giving they best in helping people like me. The ones that work hard and have doubts to risk and get ourselves something nice. Thank fully people like them exist and if you’re not sure if you’re going to make it just pick up the phone and call Mauro.
