Bad Dealership I purchased a vehicle from Conway Import, and was informed of a 30 day return policy on the vehicle. The day (3/14/18) of purchase issue started on m I purchased a vehicle from Conway Import, and was informed of a 30 day return policy on the vehicle. The day (3/14/18) of purchase issue started on my way home. Bought the vehicle back to Conway Imports to inform them of complications, and was told that there is no return policy. They suggested to have their mechanic fix the issue. I bought the vehicle to Conway Import, five times and they were unable to fix the issue. The vehicle was then brought to a Ford dealership to diagnose the problem. Ford explained to me that I had a wire shortage and a broken water pump all covered under the 30 day warranty provided by Conway Import. Ford also explained that the repairs for this vehicle would cost the amount of the vehicle financing to get back to working condition. Conway Import, refuse to pay to fix the water pump and only fix the electrical problem. Conway imports have been very unprofessional, rude, and out right bullies in dealing with the situation, telling me “what do expect when purchasing a used vehicle”. Conway Import sell very bad vehicles in terrible condition. They lock you into what’s considered legally binding contracts without a 30 day cancellation process, or following their own contract. They they will be served with a court hearing by end of May. -Conrad More
