Outstanding, FAST Customer Service I brought my vehicle to this dealership to have three recalls performed. Every time I called to find out information, set up an appointment or to ask I brought my vehicle to this dealership to have three recalls performed. Every time I called to find out information, set up an appointment or to ask a question I spoke with a live person and was never put on hold. I received a text message to remind me of my appointment and the gentleman who worked on my car called me and left a detailed message when he completed the work. A rental car was provided with one of the recalls and it was new, clean and took no extra time to pick up. When I picked up my car it had been washed and I was given a list of recommended services that my car needed with the costs. There was no pressure to have these done at this time and I appreciated that. Every person I came in contact with at this dealership was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about my experience... and this was only to have recalls performed at no charge! Well done Continental!! More

Really Good Service I had a good service experience at Continental Toyota. There was obvious display and mention of the currently running service special. I’m sorry they I had a good service experience at Continental Toyota. There was obvious display and mention of the currently running service special. I’m sorry they had to discontinue car detailing. I like Rich, my service coordinator. My work was completed in a timely fashion. The assistants that check cars in were courteous. The waiting room is pleasant. A high profit margin service was recommended which I’ll consider or find a less expensive way to address. They’re in the business of selling service, after all. More

Service visit Made an appointment for service on a 2016 Highlander purchased at Continental. I've had all previous services done by them and it turns out that the Service Dept. had a record of the service history of the car. The car was taken at the proper time and only needed tire rotation, which was done quickly. The car was washed and I was on my way. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and just nice to deal with. Clean complex with very nice and courteous people Overall the experience was very good. It was my first time coming in for my cars oil change. The girl that did my paperwork was very nice and friendly, The waiting area was clean and provided free coffee, water, & apples. I would of given them 5 stars instead of 4 but at the end the gentleman couldn’t locate my keys when I told him my car was literally 15 feet away and the keys were probably still in it ( as they were). Also, the free car was bad. I didn’t expect it to be perfect but at least half way descent. Looks like they just sprayed water on it because it still had bird droppings on it , wasn’t even dried or vacuumed. I know it was free but don’t call it a car wash, a hose off would be more appropriate. More

They checked, could get the parts the next day and set an appointment for the next day. I’ve had my car for years, always come to Continental Toyota for service. I’ve been consistently impressed with everyone I’ve come in contact, always feel they explained everything, were reasonable in pricing and never did more than was needed.
