The customer service within the service department is absolutely horrible. Very condescending associates who aren’t knowledgeable but rather defensive and not willing to look into anything that might be absolutely horrible. They are the reason why car dealerships get a bad name and the insult “used car salesman” is in existence. I will never buy anything from these shady characters again. Made an appointment for 11:40 to have my truck inspected. It sat in the bay for 2 hours without being inspected or checked. Before that, I had a tech come over an took my information about my truck and why I It sat in the bay for 2 hours without being inspected or checked. After that he takes me to the service desk to get registered but service tech he would talk too would tell him they were busy and he needed to find someone else. It took 15 minutes just to get registered. After sitting and waiting for 2 hours I finally asked for my keys and told them I was done waiting for them to look at my truck. What's the point of making an appointment if it's just gonna sit there in the service bay for 2hrs. Nobody asked if I wanted to reschedule. They simply said ok and pulled the truck out. This is not the first or second time I've had issues with this service department. Their service department alone pretty much made me not wanna buy a vehicle from this dealership again. My wife bought her Toyota from a different dealership because of the experience I've had with continental's service department. More
Sevice in collision dept Horrible communication skills. Received an estimate on my car damage & later it basically doubled for things they claimed out of their control. Then car was fixed & when they delivered my car to me there was visible damage that was not fixed. I was told estimator made a mistake so because of his mistake I have to pay more! Unacceptable! Not to mention they couldn't find my car in their files. They had it under someone else's name & address even my payment receipt has the wrong information on it. I asked for a call, never got a call back & was told he was gone for the day, they would ask him to call me back the next day. Next day came & I had to track him down because it was already past 2:30pm and still no call. Very dissatisfied, I wouldn't even give one star. More
