I have been a customer at Continental Toyota for almost 10 years now, and sadly I think I’ve stepped foot in there for the last time. The atmosphere has changed, the attitude of the staff has changed, pric 10 years now, and sadly I think I’ve stepped foot in there for the last time. The atmosphere has changed, the attitude of the staff has changed, pricing has gone up, quality of service has gone down. Wait times are just crazy now. Communication is very poor, and most everyone I interact with there doesn’t smile, make me feel welcome, or really show the initiative to help me with whatever concerns I may have. For example: I asked about getting a discount on my oil change (5th one is free). The service associate said I needed to talk to the cashier. The cashier said I needed to talk to the service associate. I called to check on the status of my car and wanted to know if there were any service recommendations, the person on the other line said “sorry that information isn’t in front of me right now”. I waited 5 hours for an oil change and never got a call, and even when I called they didn’t have basic information for me. I used to love this place, but lately it feels like anything you need is like pulling teeth for everyone involved there. Once I was waiting to get my tire repaired. I waited an hour and went to check on things and the tire was just sitting there. I had my toddlers with me, and there was no explanation given at all. More

We purchased two cars from them and have never had issues before. Unfortunately, we had issues with the service department. We tooknin one of our cars we purchased in there for services and the car wasn't fi before. Unfortunately, we had issues with the service department. We tooknin one of our cars we purchased in there for services and the car wasn't fixed to satisfaction. It was a $354.00 loss and the issue wasn't resolved. The service manager and employee were very rude and not helpful at all. My husband didn't trust to take the car back for more "repairs" so it was a loss of money and they refused to pay back the money for services not done. More
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! While the sales area may be wonderful because it's their income for the salesman, the Service/Collision dept. is just terrible. They are slow and unknowledgeable, putting it nicely, it took them 4 weeks to do minor repairs which I was told it would only take 4 business days. Of course they kept taking their sweet time & giving ridiculous excuses & never communicated with me, I had to keep calling to get information. When I finally tried to pick up my car it wasn't even done, I left the vehicle there so they can address the issue & they were not very happy, I was told they will see what they can do as a courtesy & of course they never did nothing additional & made me believe they did. Again I had to call 2 days later & had to take vehicle back as they were not able to do anything. They may be good in sales but they suck in REPAIRS. And by the way, the courtesy inspection, they billed my insurance for $72. Chris & Nathan had no clue on handling my concerns & the mechanics are useless. Also, staff in the service area were not helpful nor were there even friendly. I had to put 1 star but it's actually no star More
