Today I had some time to sit with Dennis Pecho the Gm of Continental Toyota and brought all the paperwork showing that a second flush was done. He looked at the date and mileage and looked at the paperwork and went to talk with the service manager. He came back and asked for my mailing address to send a refund for the trans flush but the accounting department had time to issue a cheek within 10 minutes. He realized that a mistake was made and made it right.
