I had to have my truck repaired by 9/29 so we could leave on a planned trip. Chris went above and beyond to make sure they hit that date. I would highly recommend Continental Toyota for all your auto needs. I have purchased vehicles , had them serviced and now used there body shop and found the same High level of customer service in every department. More

I went in for a transmission flush on April 23 at Continental Toyota, 6701 S La Grange Rd, Hodgkins, IL 60525 and was ripped off. I was driving from Indianapolis to Carol Stream IL and I-294 wa Continental Toyota, 6701 S La Grange Rd, Hodgkins, IL 60525 and was ripped off. I was driving from Indianapolis to Carol Stream IL and I-294 was at a stand still due to an accident and there was a 2 ½ hour delay. Knowing the area I decided to stop in for a transmission flush. The SA was open and honest. The transmission flush was done quickly and I paid just over 155 dollars. A few weeks later I was driving and the transmission was not shifting properly from 4th to 5th gear and I was getting a funny smell. I pulled over at the next exit and found a repair shop. The service tech asked me did I every change the fluids in the transmission, I said yes. I went to the glove box and pulled the paperwork. The service tech said it was not done properly. I was pissed. The transmission fluid was a dark gray and was smelling like burnt eggs. So I paid the repair shop to flush the transmission again. I sat in the garage and watched the tech do the flush. I called Continental Toyota three different times and left a message for the general manager and service manager. No one called. First Time and last time. More
I believe the Continental Toyota Service Dept. is top-notch. I took the car in for a thumping sound that increased with speed. They road checked the alignment and inspected all tires with the Sienna on a lift. The report was one slightly out-of-round tire and they asked if they could rotate it to the rear to reduce the thumping since I indicated I wanted to return to the tire installer. Finally, they road tested and reported significant improvement which I concurred with that assessment. The service charge was reasonable with just the cost of the rotation and technicians road test time; I believe it was for 1/2 hour. Can't say enough for their willingness to trouble-shoot my complaint. More
Mr. Mica was very helpful, but so was everyone I dealt with - including the folks in the service area and cashier. The dealership was very comfortable. The restrooms were well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Continental Toyota Scion of Countryside, Illinois because efficiency, professionalism, and customer service are their highest priorities. I have visited the dealership on severa Countryside, Illinois because efficiency, professionalism, and customer service are their highest priorities. I have visited the dealership on several occasions with my 2008 Toyota Corolla LE and have had all positive experiences. Each time I drove right up to the service doors (without an appointment) and a customer service representative was there to meet me immediately. A service ticket was written up, an estimated waiting time given, and when the work was completed I was greeted in the waiting room by a service rep and escorted to the cashier. The work is fast, efficient, and they manage to treat all their customers this way in spite of being very, very busy. The waiting room is large and comfortable with a lounge and TV, magazine and newspaper rack, complimentary coffee and ice cold bottled water, and warm freshly baked cookies. The facilities are extremely clean and welcoming. All of the scheduled maintainence work I have had done there has been completely satisfactory. Every thing is explained to me and my vehicle is checked out thoroughly. They keep up with scheduled maintainence, plus they are very diligent in checking the vehicle for other issues. It is an outstanding dealership, dedicated to keeping your vehicle running for years and years and miles and miles. I'm 58 and have had numerous experinces with dealerships through the years, and I can honestly say Continental Toyota is the very best on every level among them all...bar none. The sales staff and other employees are friendly and extremely professional and knowledgable They will be moving to a larger, brand new facility close by on La Grange Road in mid-July 2009 and you can bet the same customer service and quality work they offer at the old location will be there only on a grander scale. I would never go to another dealership for service or for new car sales. In fact, my wife will be in the market for a new car this year and the only place she will want to go is Continental Toyota of Countryside. I'm a first-time Toyota owner, and so glad that I am, and so glad I discovered this dealership. It is truly distinctive, and sets the bar for quality sales, service, and customer satisfaction. More
This dealership is notorious for ripping people off and lying to them. Do not buy a toyota at all. I learned the hard way. My toyota 2005 corolla at 50,000 miles had a bad ecm (electroni control module) lying to them. Do not buy a toyota at all. I learned the hard way. My toyota 2005 corolla at 50,000 miles had a bad ecm (electroni control module) which is basically the computer that controls the whole car and a bad fuel injector. I asked for the bad parts and they said they didn't have them. They refused to give me my bad parts. They told me this was all from a bad tank of gas cuz the smell of the gas was weak. I put in Shell gas all the time. I put in a higher octane gas all the time. I do not believe these liars for a minute. I called Toyota and even met with their factory respresentative which was a complete witch. Her name is Jennifer Hoffman. She makes nothing but excuses. If you try to reason with her she just says we are not paying for it period. My car was 1100.00 to fix. Also the service rep John is a jerk. And the Service Manager Roy is full of crap. I learned do not buy a toyota. They are made very cheap and you have no recourse if something goes wrong. The dealership tells you oh well and Toyota corporation says it's all up to the dealership. I will go back to American made cars for now on. Foreign made cars used to be good, but now they are just made with cheap parts that go bad. Again I am warning everyone do not buy or deal with Continental Toyota. More
Customer Service truly is dead. I talked to Asst. Service manager, John on the phone and he made it sound all easy to get service with Continental, and thats what I was expecting when I made the 20 m Service manager, John on the phone and he made it sound all easy to get service with Continental, and thats what I was expecting when I made the 20 mile drive out of downtown Chicago to visit this dealer. Mind you, I have a Toyota Platinum Care extended warranty on my 4runner, so after arriving at the dealer, John asks me to sign to authorize $120+ to have the mechanic even start looking at my truck...$120+, are you kidding me, I have purchased Toyotas top of the line extended warranty, and there is a major issue wrong w/ the rear axle in my truck and you want to charge me to have the tech look under the car. John should have been explicitly clear about this over the phone, before I wasted my time, money, fuel, energy and effort to drive out of the city to try his service dept. Terrible expectation set by John and terrible customer service. John had a great chance to earn a new customer for service, and he and Continental Toyota blew totally blew!! I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer. More
