Because I can't give neagtive stars! Took my Rav 4 for it's first oil change and got it back with every imaginable light on that could be on! After 2 days I got it back and it still didn't run right. Asked Service Manager John Ficaro why it would be given back to me that way to begin with? He said the people who brought it out were not trained mechanics! I said you didn't have to be very well trained to see every dash light in the vehicle on. I was then informed by the service manager that I was ridiculous and ignorant! Last time every there. Took it back to Oak Brook Toyota and had it back in an hour running correctly at no charge! More
Rip-off, bad service with attitude I am going to review here my last few services in continental Toyota service. My last visit I wanted to do an alignment for my 2011 Avalon and the se I am going to review here my last few services in continental Toyota service. My last visit I wanted to do an alignment for my 2011 Avalon and the service consultant suggested to change the subwoofer wiring since there is a recall on it and covered by Toyota which I agreed on. I took my car after 40 mins and I drove it out for 10 minutes to discover that he didn't do a proper alignment, the car kept pulling to the right. Went back and talked with rich who called the technician with attitude. technician was rude and he said this pulling isn't an alignment problem. Back to rich who basically said that's this is the alignment and he is the manage and he won't do anything. He handed me the morning manger business card and said call and complain. He was non professional, and I felt unsafe in the place. I sent them an email but no response. Checking my car in the parking lot, I didn't find the plate license transporter(I-pass) the was on the plate. Most likely he took it off the previous visit that I did couple days before for brake service. He added a new screw to the plate, but took the I-pass off. I didn't feel safe going back to the place and just took off my account. The previous visit, I changed oil on my other Toyota and they didn't change the oil sticker and didn't reset the oil change light. The one before, I changed a flat tire and they didn't turn the flat tire signal off dashboard. It's a rip-off place that in every visit you expect the service consultant to bring you the cabin and engine filter even if you change them yesterday. I won't mind paying some extra money but at least to have your service done. In this place, you pay more and you don't get the service and they give you bad attitude if you complain. More

Never had an issue and if there is it is always resolved from the beginning. Luke is always a great helper for all my service needs. Al and si were also very friendly and courteous. John the service manager is always so quick to diffuse any situation that is needed in the service department. I really have no complaints and don't see why any one would. This dealership is one of the best dealers I have been to and they have the best employees and great work ethics. More

I do not trust my car with just anyone and was apprehensive of leaving it. Lee Sizemore is wonderful, she assured me that my car was in good hands. She made me feel comfortable in my decision in leaving it with her. My car is awesome now. And I am ever so thrilled. Lee is the type of employee that you hold on to and treat right. One hand washes the other. Give her a raise and treat her well. I don't want to forget my service advisor, Michelle Eisa. She was very pleasant to work with and helped comfort me in my decision also.
