A tire emergency I was driving to a conference in Bloomington and I was about 10 miles from home when my tire pressure light turned on. Rather than risk being stalled I was driving to a conference in Bloomington and I was about 10 miles from home when my tire pressure light turned on. Rather than risk being stalled on a desolate section of I-55, I drove back home th my Toyota dealership. Though I had no appointment, Victoria sent the car to the service bay and me to the waiting room. The problem? Huge nail embedded in the tire in a position that precluded patching! The replacement tire for my car wasn’t in stock. 45 brief minutes later, my full size spare tire was mounted on the wheel and attached and an order was placed for my replacement tire. Crisis averted. A 22 year old cocky kid was extremely rude and condescending to me, I kept trying to Toyota would cover and over and over this kid keep telling me in cocky manner "Let me talk". he was much more concerned about the time and going home. I asked for the Manager and Ambrose Esposito came out, heard what we needed and kindly walked us though the process.. He showed us the waiting area and kept us updated every 15-20 minutes. He even went above and beyond to make sure my warranty department, not affiliated with toyota, was called and he replaced a new tire for us at no charge. I AM STILL IN AMAZEMENT at how well mannered and kind this gentlemen was vs. the kid who yelled at us. Ambrose you are a true leader and your staff could learn so much from you! Ambrose, you are a sweetheart and we both thank you for everything you did to make our visit to toyota easy! We will also be using Toyota's Collision Center. This was like a visit to the ER and a kind DR. kept us updated though the whole process with empathy, personal skills and knowledge of his business. THANK YOU AMBROSE ESPOSITO!!!!! We will be back! Bad Experience Again Jose gave me an attitude when I inquired about recall. He stated there was no recalls when they clearly was. There was a recall and I had to bring it up to him and his manager due to his incompetence and unwillingness to assist a customer. They are very quick to sell you $600 worth of service but no help with recalls. This place has disappointed me before and will never go back. More
Made a "Bad" Situation a Great Experience! I wanted to let people know just how much Continental Toyota cares about their customers, which is a WHOLE LOT! Recently, I took my 2011 Toyota Sienna I wanted to let people know just how much Continental Toyota cares about their customers, which is a WHOLE LOT! Recently, I took my 2011 Toyota Sienna in for an oil change. After speaking with a service representative, I was told that there was a recall on the vehicle. So, I was instructed to leave my vehicle, was given a rental car and told that my vehicle would be ready the next day. Well, my vehicle was ready the next day, but it was not the same. Long story short, the radio and the backup camera were no longer working, which I was told was due to a "hard reset". I was really saddened by this, mainly because my backup camera was out... and this is a big vehicle. We went back and forth for a short while, which was okay. However, what I really want to point out is just how amazing Ms. Linnea Zamora was/is! She really cares about the customers! We are very loyal customers to Toyota, and that really meant something. Mr. Ambrose Espisito was a great pleasure to work with as well! Continental Toyota, in my opinion, is the BEST place to purchase your vehicle and service it too. They have great vehicles and a customer service team that matches! Thanks so much for all your help Linnea!!!! Thanks Ambrose!! And, thanks Continental Toyota! You guys are Awesome!!
