A very happy customer Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the ser Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the service writer quickly diagnosed the sunscreen motor was failing. To fix it costly and time consuming. Since I have seldom used the sunscreen Mark suggested we simply disable the feature. I agreed. With that he took the car into the shop returned a few minutes later, announced handled, have a nice day, no charge. Now if that isn't exceptional service I don't know what is. But this is what you expect from Continental...looking out for the best interests of the customer and then providing the solution. This is definitely a 5 star operation. More

It stretched out a little longer than we thought due to some unforeseeable events like the failure of the combometer just beyond warranty coverage, and the subsequent strain on my car maintenance budget, but it is finally accomplished, due in no small part to Mark's strong encouragement and clear communication. And to the courtesy and good work of every employee I have had contact with at Continental. More

I had never serviced my Venza there as I found the car online at another dealer three Bill welcomed me for an oil change and a multipoint inspection. I had never serviced my Venza there as I found the car online at another dealer three years back. Bill informed me that my Toyota was certified preowned, and that I still had 30k left on my warranty. I had assumed it had run out last year. We traced back the history of the car's maintenance before I bought it. It was a pleasant surprise to find that all I needed at this appointment was that oil change. I had bought another vehicle from Continental before, so I was very happy I could bring my non-Continental vehicle in with no hassle. Bill was fantastic taking care of me. I wish all my service visits could be as good as this one was. Thank you again! More
