Oil Change I came in with an appointment for an oil change. At first, the wrong record was pulled and I was told I do not get a tire rotation as I purchased tir I came in with an appointment for an oil change. At first, the wrong record was pulled and I was told I do not get a tire rotation as I purchased tires somewhere else. That was incorrect as I had just purchased my tires at Continental last year. It worried me that the wrong information was so easily accessed and incorrect. The waiting room couldn't be better. Coffee, water and apples were offered. I was told I needed a new air filter, but never saw the old one. I went ahead and purchased one for the same price as my oil change, thus doubling the price of what I came for. I feel as if Continental (or probably any dealership) constantly tries to sell me something I don't need and I am hesitant about servicing my car there for that reason. I continue to go there as I feel the service is good and I like to have all my records with you, but I would like to hear a honest opinion rather than a sell-job. I have spent several thousands of dollars just in the past couple of years and my husband keeps saying "they want you to buy a new car". I'd like to feel that I can rely on you for an honest opinion and I don't. I'm not sure how you can correct that except to put yourselves in your customer's shoes. I love my car and I love Toyota and will continue my service with Toyota. More
