Mark Potrawski is great service manager. Service managers make the difference and although I believe they all are great, I always ask for Mark Potrawski as he always helps me navigate throug Service managers make the difference and although I believe they all are great, I always ask for Mark Potrawski as he always helps me navigate through the what you should do now vs. what can wait. Amazing I've been coming to this dealership for years and I have seen it declining in customer service with every visit. The last 2 times I went I had the pleasure of Bill taking care of me and my car. He makes the long wait tolerable with his friendly attitude and attentiveness towards his customers. I have even seen him talking to other customers that weren't his his customers and turned their frustration into smiles. He has a wonderful gift for customer service and believe you guys are wasting his talents by keeping him as an advisor. He deserves to be assistant manager at the very least. On going issue with 2013 Rav-4 rear hatch not opening fully, Have had on ongoing issue with my rear hatch not opening fully, then not closing, brought it in several time over the last two years, they always said Have had on ongoing issue with my rear hatch not opening fully, then not closing, brought it in several time over the last two years, they always said the tech could not duplicate problem, so they don't know where to begin. Finally had enough contacted Service Manager, made an appointment, brought it in 1/22/19. Service writer Rich Memenga came out and saw first hand, the hatch operation. Service tech took vehicle and couldn't duplicate problem. Because Rich saw the problem, he was able to get the struts/pistons approved through our extended warranty, parts ordered. Big thanks to Rich in service for taking the initiative in getting this ongoing problem fixed. Great job, in and out of there within an hour. Thanks Rich !!! More
