I was given options with the inspections & they went above and beyond with that. letting me know a few small things that I might keep an eye on. I also got another key made & every just went smoothly I was told it would be about 1 & a half hours & that’s exactly what it was & they were super busy. Very happy with the service! More

93k trouble-free miles and counting I've never kept a new car before past 60k miles, until now. My '11 hybrid Camry is at just above 93k flawless miles and counting. It's been serviced per schedule and no where but at Continental Toyota where I bought it. I credit it to the service and the car quality. It's a 30+ mile trip from home to this dealership, passing other Toyota dealers on the way, but it's been worth it for the excellent work and results. As usual, my most recent regular service visit was A-OK: prompt, thorough, expert and personable staff. More

From the easy-to-use online scheduling (with appropriate email and text reminders - nice touch!), to the easy in / easy out, to the faster than promised service, including car wash. What's not to like about this! (I also saw a 2019 Sienna that I want....but that's another story!) After the service, Jose stepped me through everything that was done, including a review of all items that were checked. The most complex thing about this visit was figuring out the new coffee machine in the waiting area, and even that was easy to use! Highly recommended! More

As I checked in I was informed that I didn't require an oil change but they could do a tire rotation and brake inspection If I wanted. I could have easily been gouged for unneeded repairs. I used the neighborhood shuttle for the short drive to work, Ramon is really nice. I was just ready to start work and received a call that my car was done! All told maybe a half hour went by. Within minutes Ramon picked me up and I was in my car in about an hour! Great Service Continental! More

Excellent Customer Service My Tacoma was giving me steering troubles. I scheduled a service appointment with Mark. I was fearful that the repair may take a while so I reserved a rental. Since I was soon due for regular maintenance, I asked Mark to add the regular service. Mark walked me over to the rental desk where Aggie provided me a new Tacoma until repairs were complete. The next day, Mark called to advise my Tacoma was about done, but recommended a wheel alignment because some had to be dismantled for the repair. He applied a coupon to discount the alignment charge and advised it should be ready within a couple hours. Upon completion, I went to the cashier to settle my bill. While there, my fantastic salesman, Mike Hershkovitz walked up to chat for a minute. I appreciate being recognized as a loyal customer by the Continental staff. More
