Jim was great! He helped me find my new Toyota Prius and when it was not local. He arranged a dealer trade and sold me a new Prius on the same day! He went above and beyond to answer my questions and show when it was not local. He arranged a dealer trade and sold me a new Prius on the same day! He went above and beyond to answer my questions and show me my new car after it was delivered from another dealership. I am still amazed this all worked out so quickly!
