Hello everyone and thank you for reading my review. I want to start out by saying that I would not even write a review if I did not feel passionate about a product and/or service. I thought I would have a very uncomfortable experience when I first walked in but I didn't. I actually had a "ooh ah" nice, friendly experience when I walked in through the doors of the Continental Toyota dealership. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who welcomed my husband and I. Additionally, we were offered coffee or water while we waited for a sales consultant and next, Mr. Ian Goldberg, the sales consultant greeted us and gave us his undivided attention. We also did our part too in providing Mr. Goldberg with our required information which we had handy and after having test driven two Toyota Rav4s the evening before, as we were assisted by Ruben Ornelas, we knew that the new Toyota Rav4 was the one. Now anyone can talk about their new car, but you have to drive the new Toyota Rav4 and experience it for yourselves. Seriously! The smooth drive to me was better than that Yoplait commercial and better than thinking about enjoying your favorite Styx song. It was and is living the moment! The New Toyota Rav4 takes you places! Now "Let's Go Places"!!! I know I am!!!!! A very special thanks to everyone at Continental Toyota/Scion!!!! Family is always there to lend you a hand and they did!!! Continental Toyota continued to impress - the rest of the story (see earlier post of 5/15)! So after completing my shopping, using the internet and phone - which I digress, but a couple of dealerships were story (see earlier post of 5/15)! So after completing my shopping, using the internet and phone - which I digress, but a couple of dealerships were very disappointing, promising an internet price, only to say "you have to come into the store for our special price". Sorry, no time for those games. So anyway, after completing my shopping, I sent an email to Continental Toyota with my offer for the new Highlander I had my mind set on, including an confirming overnight test drive as part of my offer. I received a call from Angela Aggen saying they accepted my offer and we set up the test drive for Monday PM to Tuesday PM targeting the sale for Tuesday evening. When I arrived, Al Proceso had a vehicle exactly like the one I wanted to purchase ready to go, explaining they wanted to keep my targeted vehicle with low miles. That works (and actually turned out to be a wise decision). The test drive was going well until - hey - how do you activate the navigation system? Oops, this one doesn't have a navigation system - that's a big problem! So an emergency call to Al Proceso roughly an hour before close - "Need the same vehicle, same color combination, but add navigation - what can you do?". Within a half hour, Al got back to me - We can do the same deal - just add the cost of the navigation system and we think we found one at another dealership we can get". Well, they did get it, and prepped it in time for us to do the deal Tuesday PM as planned - amazing! Finishing the deal; paperwork and financing also went well with William Adams. Sometimes the finance guy can seem a little rough with filling out and signing the forms and last minute sales pitches for additional items. Working with William was more like working with a neighbor, as he took the time to explain everything making the transaction comfortable. I did buy the extended warranty, but even there I had shopped and ended up with another great Continental deal. Continental was great from start to finish - what more could they have done? So as the saying goes - "Ya gotta go to Continental"! More
I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at this dealership. CJ, the used car manager, and Jackie Dybas, BDC manager, John Nordwall ("Johnny Utah") my salesman, Matt May, from the parts department, and Rich, CJ, the used car manager, and Jackie Dybas, BDC manager, John Nordwall ("Johnny Utah") my salesman, Matt May, from the parts department, and Rich, the manager in the service department, were ALL wonderful to work with. Jackie really went the extra mile to make certain that my after purchase experience was just as important as the actual purchase...making certain that I received the manual I was requesting, answering all of my questions, and sending me to the appropriate individuals that could help me further per my requests. It was a most cohesive and pleasant experience. These folks all worked together to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer...which I am pleased to say - I am...thanks to all of these folks. I love my car and the service was outstanding! Go for a great deal, a great car, and outstanding service! More
Once again Mark, John and Dennis give the service and the attention to the customer that goes above and beyond. Even when a grandfather has his hands full with his two year old grandson, the check in and v attention to the customer that goes above and beyond. Even when a grandfather has his hands full with his two year old grandson, the check in and vehicle pickup are seamless with the help of the service crew and the staff. Transferring a child with a car seat and all the trappings from a loaner to my vehicle could not have happened without the assistance of the crew. Thanks for all your help today. I went to Continental while looking for a new car. Jackie had helped me search for the car that would be everything that I wanted and more. After multiple conversations, I came in to test drive a Corolla S m had helped me search for the car that would be everything that I wanted and more. After multiple conversations, I came in to test drive a Corolla S model. Antoinette took me for the test drive and truly made me feel like she cared whether or not this was the car for me. The environment at the dealership was very friendly and every employee would stop by to say hello. Since buying I've gone in for an oil change and the staff continued the great service and care for me and the vehicle. I couldn't imagine a more compassionate staff. More

Purchased a new 2013 Avalon at Continental Toyota. I started off working with the BDC manager Jackie Dybas. Via e-mail she answered all my detailed questions and located the exact car I wanted. After setting me up with a sales person, she continued to make sure the process was going smoothly and made her own efforts to make sure the deal got done. Most importantly, after I purchased the vehicle I still had a few questions and the great customer service continued the same as before I purchased the vehicle. I needed to get a new car because my town was devastated by a massive flood.
