Once again I experienced something so rare that it is only found in a few selected areas of life. I found heart felt, truly dedicated customer service beyond my expectations. I brought my van in for serv only found in a few selected areas of life. I found heart felt, truly dedicated customer service beyond my expectations. I brought my van in for service and once again a seamless wonderful experience akin to checking into a 5 star hotel (even hot cookies coffee and fruit). Then I ventured on to see the finance director, Christian Callada. I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for my much loved 2006 Toyota Sienna which by the way has never given me any problems. Chris took fantastic care of me giving me a fantastic deal and even financed it at 0% interest. So my red van will have another 36,000 miles of TLC administered by the great service department at Continental Toyota. Thanks Chris. Thanks to all the staff who makes Continental Toyota more than a car dealer. More

For those reasons I would gladly go back to them for future business. I had been looking around for awhile and seen my fair share of new cars and dealerships. I saw the car (a Scion) that was at the top of my list at a lower price then I saw at other dealers. Once there I met the Sales Consultant Ed Doerge who was the primary person I dealt with throughout this 'adventure'. Discussions went well and there was never too much pressure. He always remained open and obliging with the negotiations and questions I had. Likewise, Chris Callada of financing was pleasant to work with and not overly-pushy. Shortly thereafter I decided this was the car and deal I wanted so I pulled the trigger... And in retrospect, I would gladly do it over. -A good dealership experience and a truly amazing car, what's not to love! The only smudge on the experience would be that Parts Department appeared bothered/unwilling during the short time I dealt with them. As an aside, there was also a "Theft Guard" charge others on this site have noted, but after learning what it is and the services included I wasn't bothered by it but still feel the buyer should be asked instead of having it automatically done. More
Another great experience at Continental Toyota. Yesterday I brought my Tundra in for a noise coming from the rear end. Being that I was leaving on a trip this weekend I was under the gun to get this fixed. T I brought my Tundra in for a noise coming from the rear end. Their Asst Service manager Larry Thompson and Tech Alex spent most of the day Trying to determine the source of the noise. They finally found the noise ordered the parts and delivered my repaired Tundra to me Friday morning. I thought for sure that my trip would have to be canceled , but due to Larry and Alex devotion to customer satisfaction We're heading to Florida on Sunday More

Look at all the good reviews they got! I wonder if they wrote them themselves.... Can anyone really give 5 stars to a dealership.... I would never buy from this dealer again. They agreed to match an out the door price and then squeezed another $15 out of me in a tax that they "forgot." Thing is they agreed to match an OTD of another dealer, not the car price. I really regret going there and not to the dealer that gave me the price to begin with. I only did it because they got me to agree to give a deposit before I got the OTD of the dealer whose price they "matched." I'm also sorry I did not walk out when they gave me the $15 extra tax. Should have done that. The sales person told me "Oh, just sign it..." More
The sales manager is rude, disrespectful and should not be dealing with the customers. I have been in sales for over 20 years and have never been treated with such disrespect. Just picked up my 2007 Tundra from Continental Collision center. It shines like a brand new truck. Asst Mgr Chris McCormick took a bad situation and made it a very plesureable one. I had to have my truck repaired by 9/29 so we could leave on a planned trip. Chris went above and beyond to make sure they hit that date. I would highly recommend Continental Toyota for all your auto needs. I have purchased vehicles , had them serviced and now used there body shop and found the same High level of customer service in every department. More

I came in on Tuesday afternoon and left later that day with the car I came to see. The beginning of my search: A few weeks earlier I found a Toyota Prius that I was interested in at another Toyota with the car I came to see. The beginning of my search: A few weeks earlier I found a Toyota Prius that I was interested in at another Toyota Dealership in Naperville and they weren't willing to work with me. I told them what I was willing to spend for it and they tried to get me into another car we talked about in the beginning even though after test driving it I was very interested in the Prius. I searched the internet for a Prius and I found a great price at Continental Toyota. Of the dealers in the Chicago area they had 4 Prius's available and all at great prices. I came in cold without talking to anybody Jim Francis introduced himself to us. I was very comfortable talking to Jim, his insight and easy going nature made the transaction. We drove around in a golf cart(all dealerships should have) to look to see if there were any new Prius on the lot. We came to the car I was looking for and it was in great shape. We drove it around and I knew I found the car that I wanted. We talked a little bit because I knew that the price was more than fair(more on that later). With a handshake we had a deal and I was very happy. If it didn't work out they still had 3 other Prius's for sale that met my need in mileage and price. The all around service was great. I left with a clean 2010 car. I will be keeping Jim's business card in my wallet and his phone number in my contacts. I will be recommending others to him and Continental Toyota. His experience and professionalism was first rate and made this transaction simple. You can relate to him and he will understand where you are coming from. Bill in financing is cool dude too(he knows good music!) The end result Continental Toyota sold me a 2010 Prius with 12,000 less miles on it for 4k less than what the other dealership had for a sale.
