Domenic Nanni - the guy was agitated, we were the first customers of the day and he was already stressed. He tried to sell us additional warranty, I bet he sold nothing this day, not only to us. Bill Awwad was friendly and knowledgeable. Tina Smentek made an exceptional job by explaining every detail over email conversation. I bought my Camry at Continental Toyota because Tina was willing to go an extra mile with me. On a recent trip to Chicago, during a thunderstorm, the driver's side window failed to roll up. We were pleased to find a Toyota dealership in the area that was open late. We worked with Rich. He offered to have us dropped (6 total) off at our hotel or a restaurant and pick us up when the service was complete. He was able to give me a ball park estimate of the cost and to contact me if the price was higher than he estimated. Cristian was great. Knowing that he was going to drive 2 additional adults plus 4 children, he ran out in the thunderstorm to get a larger vehicle. Cristian drove our party of 6 to a nearby restaurant. He was great with the kids. Rich called later to let me know that the window was repaired and the cost was what he had previously indicated. Kudos to this dealership, Rich, Cristian and management. I'm grateful Continental was open late and able to fix the problem quickly and competently. More
