Went to lease a car. Ended up buying it. While I was worried that I would get blindsided by cost not discussed. That never happened. I had been extremely satisfied with my 2010 Rav4 and was not thinking of a new car...until I saw the revamped 2013 Rav4. We went in to look at the 2013 one night after dinner and test drove it to make a com not thinking of a new car...until I saw the revamped 2013 Rav4. The more I thought about it, the more I liked the new Rav4, from the now missing spare tire on the back to the fantastic ENTUNE system. After much thought, I decided that I had to upgrade to the 2013 Rav4. We went back and Mark made the experience as painless as it could be. We were even able to use Continental Toyota gift cards for the down payment. Once the car was delivered, the paperwork procedure, which would normally cause migraine headaches, was quick and easy. Mark made sure that I understood the ENTUNE system and even set up my Bluetooth for me. Mark is another in a long list of fine employees at Continental Toyota.
