I have purchased 4 vehicles from Mustafa Atra. His knowledge, professionalism, and great customer service is way beyond great compared to any other car salesmen that I have ever come across. Every time knowledge, professionalism, and great customer service is way beyond great compared to any other car salesmen that I have ever come across. Every time that I have purchased a vehicle from Mostafa I have left happy. If you want to make sure your are getting your money's worth on a vehicle Mostafa is the man to speak to. More
I bought a 2002 Subaru Outback in February of 2013. At the time of purchase, the inspection listed the rear brakes at needing replacement and the front had some life left in them. A month later they were the time of purchase, the inspection listed the rear brakes at needing replacement and the front had some life left in them. A month later they were squeaking, took them in and the mechanic said that it looked like none of them had been changed in years. Paid $700 for new pads, shoes, rotors and calipers because it had gotten so bad they were toast. Now, only 8 months later, the check engine light is on and the inside of the car reeks of gasoline. I take it to Midas and it's diagnosed as needing head gaskets replaced and major engine work (quoted at $900). I tell midas I'm gonna take it to the dealer where I bought it (as head gaskets are not something that go bad overnight, it takes a lot of time and would be noticeable progressing over time versus the overnight issues that my car showed) because things seemed fishy. I understood it was a used car that was sold as is, but after the breaks seemed to be not replaced when they said that they would, I thought I would go explain my situation and let them back up their claims of service being their #1 priority. After speaking with Siobhan initially (Who I have no issues with, she was extremely pleasant throughout our entire correspondence), at a certain point she couldn't answer some of the questions I was asking and refereed to the head of used car sales, CJ Miller. After Speaking with CJ for less than a minute, simply explaining the situation's facts before making any assumptions or claims that this was all their fault, he literally stopped me mid sentence to tell me that he thought I was lying to him and trying to scam him out of money. I was shocked by his audacity to make this claim with so little evidence and after not even letting me finish explaining the situation. I have never had such a horrible experience with anyone in any sort of business setting. When I spoke with the general manager Dennis Pecho, he mumbled an apology for CJ's behavior and moved on to say much of the same that CJ said in less brash and insulting terms, (save for referring to the massive $100 discount on the $1500 worth of work as "charity" which was very rude) but was still very dismissive, talked down to me, and kept dumbing things down to apparently make things easier for me to understand (for the record I'm 22 and have a degree in astrophysics but in his defense I do look and sound like I'm about 17 years old). I'm in the process of having the work done at the Autobarn Subaru who have been every that Continental have not. I will never be returning to Continental Toyota and will continue to tell everyone I can how horrible of an experience I had. More

I originally went to Continental Toyota to purchase a few parts for my 1997 Toyota Corolla. When I arrived at Continental Toyota I was directed to parts counter by a nice man at the entrance to the service c parts for my 1997 Toyota Corolla. When I arrived at Continental Toyota I was directed to parts counter by a nice man at the entrance to the service center. I am not sure of his name but he was very helpful and showed me exactly where I needed to go. As I approached the parts counter I was greeted by Bart Placha. He introduced himself as Bart and asked how he could help me. I gave him a list of parts I was looking for and he promptly looked them up for me and gave me prices. I bought what I needed and had him place an order for one part that was not in stock. He took my information and informed me he would personally let me know when my part would be ready for pickup. A few days later he called me and told me my part was ready to be picked up and that i could come in anytime and gave me the hours of the parts department. I stopped by after work and he had the part waiting for me at the counter with a receipt! This was very convenient as I was in a rush to get home from work. I paid for my part and thanked him for being so helpful. Several months later I found myself in need of some more parts as I have another Toyota I use at Joliet raceway and am often in need of parts for. I immediately asked for Bart when I arrived at the dealership. I let him know what project I was currently working on which was custom and required parts from a vehicle I did not own. He was able to cross reference the part numbers and assured me they would fit my vehicle and even gave me a few pointer about the installation! WOW! This guy was a real genius because after I got home I did exactly what he told me and it was the perfect advice. Anyone who ever needs parts for their Toyota should ask for Bart right away he knew everything I needed and was very helpful and polite. I can't think of anything he could have done better. I hope everyone who needs parts gets to work with him directly he sure made my trips to the dealer a breeze! More
Best Experience Ever made it extremely easy I felt like they were fighting for me to get what I wanted, not just a sale. I was between two Toyota Rav 4's one fully loaded one not as much. I was about to s they were fighting for me to get what I wanted, not just a sale. I was between two Toyota Rav 4's one fully loaded one not as much. I was about to settle for the one I really didn't want because it was less expensive. They came through to me I'm so happy, I will refer to everyone. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I hold it to tough standards they met them all. I did not feel like a dollar sign but a human being. I will go back time and time again!! There was a HUGE selection of all vehicles and I test drove a few I got what I wanted and am happy I was referred to them by someone else. If you need a car please see Ed,Mark, & Chris!!!!!!! More
Hassel free, informative and friendly service. Only problem, my credit report shows two queries, one by Continental Toyota and the second by Toyota finance. I wish Toyota finance managers come up with problem, my credit report shows two queries, one by Continental Toyota and the second by Toyota finance. I wish Toyota finance managers come up with the solution where one report can be used by both entities so it does not adversely effect the credit score of the buyer. Now I have to wait for two years before these two queries disappear from my credit report!!! More

From the first phone call to the dealership through the financing, this agency is by far and away the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. The facility is spotless although some brighter financing, this agency is by far and away the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. The facility is spotless although some brighter lighting would have helped my old eyes. I was promptly greeted upon entering the dealership and promptly introduced to the person I was to meet. She (Tasha) had been working with me on the phone and took me to my salesman, Ruben Gonzalez. Ruben was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to my needs, showed me the car, joined me for the test drive, answered all my questions and handled the transaction with absolute professionalism. He was pleasant and thorough. I would buy from him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Dominick Nanni could not have been better in handling the finance end of the business. He, too, was thorough and explained each of the documents he presented for signature. His manner was relaxing and reassuring. Great job. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience. More
