I had my heart set on purchasing a Camry and looked forward to learning more about this vehicle. Dean Rio was my salesman. He greeted me with a big smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. (Which is not easy) He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me even though I wanted to test drive every vehicle on the lot. He took the time to make sure that I felt confident in my decision and made sure the process was painless. :) He even sat in the vehicle to connect my phone, show me how to use the GPS and explained the purpose of every single button. Wtc I am so happy that I chose that dealership and that Dean was the one who took care of me. I LOVE my Camry! It's gorgeous and suites me perfectly! I plan to call Dean when the time comes to purchase a new car and I have and will recommend him to my family and friends. He's more than just a salesman- he's a super nice guy. Toyota is lucky to have him. :) More

Dean's guest service was phenomenal. As a college graduate I have never purchased a car in my life. Car shopping in my experience is terrifying and stressful. The negative things ive heard about car dealerships and their salesmen made me very nervous when I went to Continental Toyota to purchase my first car. I felt a very warm atmosphere when I entered the dealership. Then I began talking to Dean Rio who is by far the coolest person in the building. He was very nice, took the time explain everything and just really cared. He made it feel like he was on your side, like he truly cared about your finances and your future. He mentioned extended options once and did not push it when we declined which is something that i was very suprised by this. I would definitely buy a car from this place and i would wait until Dean was free. The reason why i gave all 5's for the dealership and Dean is because there was absolutely no way to improve any of their service. I wish i could rate them even higher.
