The negative things ive heard about car dealerships and their salesmen made me very nervous when I went to Continental Toyota to purchase my first car. I felt a very warm atmosphere when I entered the dealership. Then I began talking to Dean Rio who is by far the coolest person in the building. He was very nice, took the time explain everything and just really cared. He made it feel like he was on your side, like he truly cared about your finances and your future. He mentioned extended options once and did not push it when we declined which is something that i was very suprised by this. I would definitely buy a car from this place and i would wait until Dean was free. The reason why i gave all 5's for the dealership and Dean is because there was absolutely no way to improve any of their service. I wish i could rate them even higher.
