I had previously driven through the new car lot and I saw the Avalon that I was interested in. I emailed Brittany and made an appointment with her. When I arrived at Continental she introduced me to Mark Doerge. We made a deal for the car in about five minutes. It does not get any easier than that. Everyone is great at Continental.
