Of course, he understood all the features on the vehicle, which gives you confidence in your salesperson. I selected the Highlander, and based on our conversations, and the test drive, believe it is the best SUV for me. I had owned a Lexus previously, so I knew the value and reliability of Toyota vehicles. While I hate spending money, if you are getting value, it feels like money well spent. Before going to Continental Toyota, I had been researching SUVs for about 2 months; everything from size, features, prices, reliability, warranties and financing. My purpose was to make sure I did not have “buyer’s remorse,” with such a major purchase.
