I visited a couple of dealerships who wanted to sell me on the name of the dealership alone but would not help me find the right car for me and my family. Feeling frustrated I called Continental Toyota since a friend recommended me to them. I talked to Ed and Mark Doerge over the phone. I explained to them my rocky financial history and asked if they can help me. Mark talked to me about my options and what would work best for my budget and credit history. With his help and Ed's help I leased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and I could not be happier. They worked with me and understood what I wanted. I told everyone about my experience and how pleasant it was. We walked in knowing exactly what we were looking for and when we couldn't find a match on the lot in the tri-state area, Chuck Gentile was quick to help us out and find one in production that we could claim. Chuck kept us advised on options and timing every step of the way and even made sure we received our new vehicle before we headed out on a trip...one last thing to worry about while we were gone. Mark Doerge answered all our questions and explained options during the finance process, and everyone from the service department folks to the cashier were very friendly and welcoming from the first time we walked in through delivery and a follow-up visit to get the bumper protector, etc. added to the vehicle.
