Amanda sent me a quote on Thursday, and I came to the dealership that same day to look at the vehicle. I was introduced to Jessica and she pulled the car so I can look at it. The car was PERFECT for my wife! We then schedule and appointment for Friday to purchase the vehicle. Upon arriving we was greeted by Jessica and everything was there waiting at her desk for my wife and I. We felt like VIPs. Jessica was very, very knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. She made my wife feel very at ease with whole process. Jessica is a GEM! Finally to complete the process we worked with Chris to sign off on the purchase. Closing was efficient and pleasant with options discussed clearly and sold honestly, with no unpleasant push-back when declined.
