At the dealership I was greeted by Sam Adam who was going to take care of me because Amanda was of that day. Sam put me with a great salesman Elliott Nelson who said that this was his first lease deal and Ed was going to help him. Again Elliott and Ed made the process of getting my car appraised and the final deal so simple and enjoyable. I cannot recommend the dealership more. I called Continental and Karolina was assigned as my Sales specialist. I called Karolina about the pricing of Corolla. She right away responded with the pricing and was very pleasant to talk to. She gave all the information I needed about the car, best pricing, rebates and financing. She made me feel very welcome and it took just 1 hour to complete all the paper work, financing and my daughter was on her way driving the new Toyota Corolla Eco which is a great car for students and new graduates. The information about the car was given, all questions answered to our satisfaction, and we felt an overwhelming honesty and integrity from this salesman. After about a half hour, it felt like a friendship was beginning and we were totally satisfied with every facet of the buy. After the deal was consummated, the business and financial affairs were completed very professionally by the Business Manager, Glenn Bus. The paperwork was completed in a very friendly and competent manner. He had us laughing and saved us a few bucks also.
