Rip-off, bad service with attitude I am going to review here my last few services in continental Toyota service. My last visit I wanted to do an alignment for my 2011 Avalon and the se I am going to review here my last few services in continental Toyota service. My last visit I wanted to do an alignment for my 2011 Avalon and the service consultant suggested to change the subwoofer wiring since there is a recall on it and covered by Toyota which I agreed on. I took my car after 40 mins and I drove it out for 10 minutes to discover that he didn't do a proper alignment, the car kept pulling to the right. Went back and talked with rich who called the technician with attitude. technician was rude and he said this pulling isn't an alignment problem. Back to rich who basically said that's this is the alignment and he is the manage and he won't do anything. He handed me the morning manger business card and said call and complain. He was non professional, and I felt unsafe in the place. I sent them an email but no response. Checking my car in the parking lot, I didn't find the plate license transporter(I-pass) the was on the plate. Most likely he took it off the previous visit that I did couple days before for brake service. He added a new screw to the plate, but took the I-pass off. I didn't feel safe going back to the place and just took off my account. The previous visit, I changed oil on my other Toyota and they didn't change the oil sticker and didn't reset the oil change light. The one before, I changed a flat tire and they didn't turn the flat tire signal off dashboard. It's a rip-off place that in every visit you expect the service consultant to bring you the cabin and engine filter even if you change them yesterday. I won't mind paying some extra money but at least to have your service done. In this place, you pay more and you don't get the service and they give you bad attitude if you complain. More
Happy Purchaser Myself and my children have bought cars over many years from Continental Acura, Continental Jeep, Contiinental Nissan and now I have added Continental Myself and my children have bought cars over many years from Continental Acura, Continental Jeep, Contiinental Nissan and now I have added Continental Toyota. I had shopped at a couple other dealerships and also online and came to Continental Toyota because of the Costco program the first time and talked with a saleswoman who was very nice but couldn't quite get me to the point of sale. I came back two months later still wanting to purchase and another salesman had sent me some emails but he was super busy and turned me over to Adrian Guerrero. I found him to be very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about the car's two models I was interested in. Sam Adam came over and I was still hedging, but received a call to come back and then I feel I got not only a great car but Adrian and Sam did all they could to make my experience as stress-free as possible., The deal was great and exactly what they said. I kept waiting for something unexpected to come up but that never happened.. Adrian explained any additional available accessories and put absolutely no pressure on me to buy the extras one way or the other. Then the closing of the deal with Domenic Nanni was fantastic. He put everything in front of me and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. I've bought many other cars and there was almost always some paperwork that wasn't right or had to be redone. Not this time. Everything went smoothly. When all done Adrian came back and demonstrated for me the things I should know about the different car functions, and though I am still learning and will be reading the manual again and again, I feel he gave me enough info to make sure when I pulled away I understood his explanations and also told me to call to get answered any additional questions I had. I also got a follow-up call from Adrian to find out how I was enjoying my new car. I can truly say Continental did not at any time put any pressure on me to buy. I will definitely recommend the Continental dealership to my friends and acquaintances, and pointing in the direction of the three sales/finance people I dealt with.. And best of all I got my 2016 Highlander that I've been wanting for so long. Very happy with Continental and thrilled with my purchase. I always heard the owner ran a great dealership and to me I agree from my experience. More

Continent I worked with Elliot Nelson at Continental Toyota. I had gone to 7 different dealers, looking for a good deal on a RAV 4 or similar vehicle. Continental was the 3rd dealer I visited after having visited the Honda dealership down the street who utilized very aggressive sales tactics that turned me off. I found Elliot's relaxed approach refreshing & even though I didn't think I would return to continental, He left a good impression. As it turned out after looking around at all the dealerships I decided to come back and see if I could afford the RAV 4, & I couldn't be more thankful that I did! Elliot and the finance team came up with affordable pricing for me which I greatly appreciate. He was fun to talk to/ down to earth and treated me with respect... even though it was obvious that I wasn't a high profile client. I'm sure he will go far and I really just want to say thanks for such a great experience. More
