Exceptional Customer Service I arrived at Continental Toyota after speaking with Jessica Burns about a horrific experience at another dealership. My three month old Camry XLE was I arrived at Continental Toyota after speaking with Jessica Burns about a horrific experience at another dealership. My three month old Camry XLE was totaled in a rear end collision and I needed a new car. I was looking to replace with the exact same vehicle. I told Jessica that I had first gone to Elmhurst Toyota where I had gone for 18 years and they were unable and unwilling to locate a 2019 vehicle for me. Jessica assured me Continental Toyota could and would help. I was skeptical. I arrived at the dealership and Jessica introduced me to Leo Salazar. She had already told Leo about my situation and how I needed them to help. Leo immediately dove into finding me a red, 2019 Camry XLE. Never once did he tell me the car was not available anywhere as I was told by my previous dealership and he continually assured me he would get me a car that I loved. Leo Salazar and Continental Toyota came through for me. They drove to another dealership to trade a vehicle for me to get me what I wanted, a vehicle I was told by my previous dealer did not exist. Continental Toyota and Leo Salazar and Jessica Burns clearly put customer service first and they have gained a new loyal customer. Their customer service is exceptional and I'd rate them higher than excellent if that was an option. More
BAIT AND SWITCH. DISAPPOINTED Continental cannot be shocked to read this, but I was surprised how disappointing my experience was at Continental Toyota. When my Wife purchased her Continental cannot be shocked to read this, but I was surprised how disappointing my experience was at Continental Toyota. When my Wife purchased her vehicle she was treated well, but my experience was completely opposite. I was given a price of the vehicle via the internet from Jessica Burns. No mention of rebates, just an offer on what the price of the vehicle was. I have it in writing of what the price was. On the day I came in to test drive the vehicle, the salesperson confirmed multiple times the price I was getting plus .9% financing because the vehicle was a 2019. That was great. I confirmed price and financing. When i came to purchase the vehicle, all of sudden the bait and switch happens. They tell me last minute that I can only have the internet price or the financing, but not both because the internet price included a rebate. So they shrugged their shoulders and said i had to choose. This destroyed my excitement of buying the vehicle. I should have walked out because they lied to my face and then shrugged their shoulders when I complained and tried explaining that no one mentioned anything about a choice of financing vs. price and i had the price in writing. They even pulled that let me get my manager [non-permissible content removed]. the "manager" (probably the salespersons buddy) shrugged his shoulders too. I'm upset because No mention of rebates at any point in the sales process......I bought the vehicle because I loved the vehicle and didn't want to start over at another dealership. To cap it all off, the salesperson asked for a good survey while once again shrugging his shoulders and saying it's not his fault. How shameful. The nerve to screw someone and then ask for a good survey. I'm thinking about seeking legal action.....Overall, i will never buy another toyota, my wife will never buy a toyota and my family will never buy another toyota. Continental Toyota should be ashamed of themselves and toyota should be disgusted with their deceptive sales practices. More

Fast and easy I was referred here to come and talk to Stew. When I got there he was able to get me around to testing driving the 2016 Toyota Corolla pretty fast. He didn't ask for a whole lot in the entire process and was able to help get my monthly payments lowered. Mark in finances was also able to get me a great deal at a price I could still afford. All my other times getting a car elsewhere always dragged and they always asked for a lot of things that I wasn't prepared to give. Going here, time went by fast and everything went smooth. Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. I am positive that I wouldn't have gotten that great of a deal anywhere else! They truly care for you here and even follow up to make sure everything is going well with the new to me car. More

Recently I purchased a BMW that I was extremely disappointed in. The vehicle was in and out of the shop and the warranty covered nothing. For years friends and family have told me buy a Toyota. Everyone of them explained they are incredible vehicles that never break down, last forever and re-sale value is amazing. With all the bad luck I’ve had with vehicles I decided to listen. I recently purchased a Toyota Sequoia from Continental Toyota in Lagrange. Several people referred me to this dealership. They all explained the employees were always professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The best part of my experience is I was NEVER pushed. I never felt I was getting robbed (like I have in the past buying vehicles). My salesman Stew was amazing. He bent over backwards to help me out. I was treated with the upmost respect and I’m so happy that I’m now a Toyota owner. I feel confident I made the right decision and I’m quite pleased I now have a reliable vehicle and new dealership that I will consider part of my family. More
