Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior My family and I wanted to purchase of 2 cars and got price estimates from 4 other Toyota dealerships prior to arriving at the Lagrange location. Early My family and I wanted to purchase of 2 cars and got price estimates from 4 other Toyota dealerships prior to arriving at the Lagrange location. Early on we mentioned the exact colors (red/black), model, and best price estimate we receieved. For 4 hours our sales associate went back and forth between us and Andrew Low (sales manager) to discuss logistics and pricing. We test drove a BLACK model of the car, agreed upon prices, and began the extensive paperwork process. Approximately 30 minutes into filling out the paperwork our sale associate informed us that Andrew "misunderstood" the color for one of the cars and that deal was no longer valid. He claimed there was discrepancy in color after FIVE hours of discussing details, previous knowledge of price estimates, and test driving the exact color model. We asked to speak to a manager, and rather than apologizing Andrew approached us with an initial tone of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Not only did his actions and behavior display disregard to us as the customers, but the sales associate as well. Common denominator being the fact that we are both minority groups and people of color. Andrew Low chose to rescind the offer agreed upon and had the audacity to increase prices for both cars - or leave with no deal instead. He manipulated the situation and conveniently "misunderstood" the correct color desired for the car. Mistakes are understandable but targeting, manipulating, and disrespecting customers is not the solution. More

Rich discovered a broken housing, our former dealer had broken (that dealer reimbursed us thanks to Continental's discovery), during our oil change today. His catch translated into us having a potentially safer trip this upcoming week. I know this granted more revenue for Rich's dealership which we were happy to provide in exchange for peace of mind. Jim was really easy to deal with! Purchased a 2020 4Runner from Jim Francis. We came in after doing our research and knew what price we wanted to pay. Jim quickly honored that price and allowed us to put a hold on the car while we worked out some financial details. Purchased it later that week. A few weeks later, I checked on my plates with my local DMV(I am from Colorado) and it was found that the VIN was not in their system yet. I quickly called Jim to see if he could give me an update on the paperwork. He said the paperwork had been delayed but he would overnight an extension to my temp plates while they worked out the problem. Great customer service so far. I would buy another Toyota and recommend my friends to Jim for any business. More
Avoid Chris Callada - Wally A. is an Exceptional Salesman My first few experiences here were great; when I initially leased my car, my salesperson was fantastic (to this day he is still excellent to work with My first few experiences here were great; when I initially leased my car, my salesperson was fantastic (to this day he is still excellent to work with). However as the years of my lease went on, I started to run into issues here. Some things I was able to let go, however this last one was the final straw. Chris Callada - Avoid working with this Finance Director at all costs. He refuses to admit he may have made a mistake and on top of that, his blatant disrespect/lack of communication is absolutely unprofessional. For close to 3 weeks I have been trying to get a hold of him regarding a question/concern I had; I sent multiple messages that were passed on to him, I visited the dealer and he was never there and I even asked my sales person to forward him my message. Finally, after leaving a very obviously frustrated voicemail, I hear back from him. Not only was he no help whatsoever, he continuously tried to convince me he was on vacation during my time of trying to get a hold of him. So I caught him up; he was on vacation for 1 week and returned the next week; I had been attempting to contact him for close to 3 weeks; my messages were delivered to him; he knew I needed him for something and disregarded me anyway. Finally after him trying to constantly trying to make an excuse for his lack of communication, he admitted to not getting back to me. Absolutely infuriating. Avoid Chris Callada at all costs. He will try to spin whatever your concern is back on you and squirm and excuse himself if he is ever close to being proven wrong. Wally More
