I had been stuck with my broken down volkswagen golf for over 2 months. It had extensive transmission problems that were extremely difficult and expensive to fix, especially in this rural setting. I had been hesitant because a few other dealerships were flat out rude and not at all helpful about my situation. but CAW was EXACTLY OPPOSITE. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I knew that Kiki was doing everything in her power to help me. I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. They took my Golf as part of the down payment, which no other dealership would have even CONSIDERED! The customer services and help was superb, not to mention the follow-up!!! (I left a few personal items in the car and Kiki ensured that they were returned to me, even went out of her way to MAIL an item to my home!!!) It was an excellent experience.
