Our family purchased a "new-to-us" minivan, with the help of Kiki, and it could not have been a more lovely experience. starting with a phone call over 6months ago, KiKi was the first voice that I encounted. She was very professional, very helpful, and very honest with me about where I stood with my credit. As the process went on I ran into other issues that slowed up the process , but she never once became pushy or frustrated with me ! That meant alot to me.....Once I got into the store the process went very smooth, she explained every detail, from beginning to the end. She showed me the car that that I had been approved for, at first I didn't want a car with 100,000 miles on it, I have had bad experinces with them before, but I tried it out and LOVED it...I had to finally realize that the cars CAW sell are higher end cars and they stand behind everyone that they sell !!!!
