Good, friendly service. Only issue was you tried to sell me a battery for, I think, over $300. I gave Jessica a 3 because she is nice but I don’t believe I got my 10.00 coupon. I was supposed to see JT but they said he doesn’t work there. I gave the dealership a 2 because Angel told me do you k believe I got my 10.00 coupon. I was supposed to see JT but they said he doesn’t work there. I gave the dealership a 2 because Angel told me do you know it’s a 4 hour appointment and 800.00. I said no. So I didn’t do it. He gave me a service sheet and I said I have never paid these prices? I take my vehicle to Conley for service only. He looked and said I guess they assumed I had gotten the 30k mile service. Why are they assuming when you have my records? I tried to call the service manager and I had to leave him a message and so far no return call. Disappointing!! but the repair shop made me buy 4 tires when 1 was bad because they said on an AWD It would ruin my car. Really? Manager said I would get better gas mileage with new tires. I have not! Worse than original tires. Sad. I only felt like it was good when Manny worked there. He treated his customers great and I never felt like he took advantage because I am a woman. Very honest! Has not been the same since he left! More
