They are terrible. Avoid this deal ship at all cost. They installed our hitch originally completely wrong to the point it was falling off. We told them about the damage to the vehicle when we picked it up and it was ignored. The GM who I have now requested to speak to 4 separate times has yet to return any of my phone calls. The communication is completely poor. I was told my vehicle would be done Thursday and all of the parts were in. They called me Thursday afternoon now telling me the parts wouldn’t be in until Friday. Friday they called and told me the parts would not be in until Tuesday. The “courtesy” vehicle they provided was disgusting. The vehicle was 50 miles to empty, and it was so dirty I had to take it through the car wash to be cleaned. Horrible service. Would not recommend. More

They did most of what I wanted and did it in excellent time! BUT, I asked them to check fluids and the washer juice and two weeks later my low juice warning came on? So this means the inconvenience time! BUT, I asked them to check fluids and the washer juice and two weeks later my low juice warning came on? So this means the inconvenience of buying and installing and disposing of the juice bottle after asking that you do it. So 4 stars instead of 5. I did like the waiting area! I will be back. More
I was unhappy to not get the discount from the mailer sent to me - it was only $10.00 but since I did not bring it with me, it was not credited. Also frustrated that I just purchased a new tire in March sent to me - it was only $10.00 but since I did not bring it with me, it was not credited.
