This has been a nightmare the first attempt was terrible once the replacement luggage rack was installed. Squeaks and Squaws very noisy. Th second time about 80 percent still a bit noisy but it's a lease ca once the replacement luggage rack was installed. Squeaks and Squaws very noisy. It helped having courtesy cars for the service period needed. More
Love Connolly‘s; however, a bit disappointed this time. Purchased a car upon my first visit. Dealer did a good job. Last driver‘s tire was low on pressure. Asked that it be checked. Days later incurred the cost of tire repair for a nail. Feel it was never checked. Car has a ding in the paint. Was told they would follow up. Have never received further contact. I had an email from you offering a special price on service (oil change). When I showed it to your employee, he said he'd never seen it before, handed it back to me, and ignored it. He said the price for service would be the same with it or without it. Then why send it to me? Besides, shouldn't he have looked into the matter instead of just dismissing it? At least then he could've explained why my having it made no difference in the charges. Not a big deal, but a little more accommodating attitude would have been appreciated. More

The icing on the cake was the service manager did not attempt to sell me something. I didn’t need such as a new ball joint or alignment. Rather, he reassured me that the car is operating in tiptop condition as is. The cherry on top was the invoice I received for all of this work your company did for me: zero. Nada, not one penny charged. Such honesty and attention to Customer loyalty was extraordinary. I am telling my friends and I will be back for all my future service needs. More
