We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Subaru at Conley Subaru. Bryan is so knowledgeable and he made the purchasing process so easy. I went through the online purchase process. However it still took over four hours at the dealership. We waited a long time for finance personnel. The sales rep was a nice guy. I was very disappointed in the “Conley package “ add ons. The glass cleaner that was billed as rain x on steroids lasted about two days. The wax job lasted about two days and I still have the sticker marks on the car from transport. More
They were very professional, however, my radio doesn’t go off unless I turn it off. I had a problem with my air conditioner as well. I live a distance from the dealer and couldn’t get back to get these thin off unless I turn it off. I had a problem with my air conditioner as well.
