Conley Subaru has always given excellent attention to both our Subarus. However at the beginning of November my 2004 Outback suddenly had the "check engine" light come on. This was the first time it had both our Subarus. However at the beginning of November my 2004 Outback suddenly had the "check engine" light come on. This was the first time it had ever lit. When I took it in to CS; I was told it was the catalytic converter and would require repairs > $9000. This for a car which in 2017 the dealership would only give $1000 in trade. Since the car had 70500 miles so far a price that out of line is hard to justify. I do not remember which service adviser handled the case but my question is not with them but with the price. More
I called and made appointment for a oil change. The Service Advisor tells me it will be about 1 hr so I waited. A hr and a half later I went to check on it. They said it's in the front alignment department to see if it needs to be aligned. I told them I don't need this done and he said it's customary. Again I question and tell him I don't need it. 2 hrs in to my appointment he tells me he can review my bill with me and goes through the charges. To my aggravation there is a charge for a front end alignment!!!! I was so frustrated and told him so. After me asking him do they not consult with a customer prior to doing work he finally agreed to remove the charge for the alignment. After this experience I don't trust them and will find somewhere else to go. More

Robert Mulroy made the whole process of choosing coverages and financing go quickly and smoothly. I also want to give a shout out the Tom the Tech Guru. His help in introducing us to all the tech gadgets on the vehicle was invaluable. We love our Subaru and highly recommend the staff at Conley Subaru. More
