Terrible service. Had an appointment for LOF and to reset the automatic rear gate. Took almost 5 hours. Zero communication. Didn't have the part to fix the rear gate. This was the first time I used a Subaru dealer for repair. The repair and everything associated with the experience was great - I just didn't appreciate the attempt to upsell additional exorbitant rep repair. I would like to thank Jessica, Terri, and Jasmine for their kindness and efficiency, they were each extremely helpful. Many thanks to the tech crew, especially to Anthony, who changed the oil, rotated the tires, and added my new mud flaps. All the guys really do an outstanding job of keeping my vehicle expertly serviced and running smoothly. Thank you to Doug, in the body shop, who rushed to paint the part for my mirror, and installed it quickly, so I was actually able to beat the rush hour traffic, on my long drive home. I live a few hours away from Conley Subaru, but would never choose to go anywhere else to have my Subaru serviced, or a new accessory installed. They are the best, and I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism. More
