Jacob Trippy stepped right up and handled our transaction smoothly and i told him i wanted him to make sure he got the commission for the sale , we were there to buy a vehicle and did not feel that Cary met our needs after pestering me for a specific time for me to be there, the first time he stated he was planning on leaving early because it was new years eve, so i rescheduled for the following Monday, again he called and i told him i was coming after work and didn't know how bad traffic would be, i did not appreciate him trying to get a exact time of arrival since i was coming all the way from Cape Coral. Jacob Trippy did a fantastic job as will as the "Ted" i believe was him name. My wife and i were able to meet Gary Cooper service department and he also was a very nice and kind employee. Aside from Cary, the rest of the department was fantastic. More

Recently had oil change, tire rotation, and recall A/C service performed on my Forester. Jessica and Angel are both attentive and knowledgeable. I had questions for the service tech who also did a great service performed on my Forester. Jessica and Angel are both attentive and knowledgeable. Just average. Don't expect a Lexus service experience. Waiting area amenities are minimal and you won't have a washed vehicle when your vehicle is ready. I came in for an oil change. A week later the low oil light came on. I had to buy oil and bring the car back because it was leaking oil. I lease new cars because I travel and do not want my wife stranded. In the end it appears the mechanic did not tighten the drain plug. That is something I would expect at a cheap-lube place, not a the dealership! While the dealership did pay me for the oil. I had to wait for my check!!! When you make a mistake, that is when a demand check should be written or a cash placed in the customer's hand! More
