All went well after a rough start. I had a certain time for the service. I was on time and waited for a service manager to get free, While waiting another customer, without an appoin I had a certain time for the service. I was on time and waited for a service manager to get free, While waiting another customer, without an appointment, arrived to complain about a speaker that wasn't working. For some reason that person was of higher importance than me as I was left waiting while he was allowed to jump the line. Your evaluator was well aware that I was first but just shrugged his shoulders instead telling Patrick what was going on. This isn't enough to keep me from coming back but in my business customer service is paramount. BTW this is the second time I have filled in your questionnaire. Should I expect to be asked again? More
