I found staff at Conley Subaru to be 100% customer oriented I was very fortunate to have come in contact, by chance, with Gary Staples as the sales person. He was customer oriented, friendly, honest, knowled I was very fortunate to have come in contact, by chance, with Gary Staples as the sales person. He was customer oriented, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time needed to explain in laymen terms the different features in the vehicles that I showed interest. At no time did I feel any pressure to make purchase or that I was asking too many questions. I found the other staff, I came in contact with, to be of the same caliber. The gentleman who did the paperwork for the financing of the Forrester was great! He explained the entire contract and extra coverage available. Finally, I was introduced to Tom ( IT person) by Mr. Staples who put the icing on the cake. Tom not only explained how to use the different features but, took me for a ride to actually demonstrate what had been explained. Tom was able to explain things in such a manner that it made sense to me and therefore able to absorb and understand. Again at no time was I made to feel I was asking too many questions nor taking too much of his time. Without this extra help I would still be trying to figure out how to use the different features of the car. I would like to sincerely thank them all for making the purchase of my 2017 Subaru such a pleasant straightforward experience and at the cost that none of the other two dealers I visited could. More
