Very frustrated with this new vehicle purchase experience. Poor sales and delivery experience, other than from the technology specialist. Misled on the timing for installation of dealer-supplied a experience. Poor sales and delivery experience, other than from the technology specialist. Misled on the timing for installation of dealer-supplied accessories, which includes a needed trailer hitch. 19 days after taking delivery, installation still hasn’t been scheduled and no firm ETA has been provided. Sales and Parts have not replied to scheduling related emails and voicemails. By far the worst car buying experience I’ve had, which includes three Subarus from other dealerships. It’s a shame because my wife and I really do like our 2023 Ascent. More

We are from Minnesota , bought the car in 2019: it has had battery problems foe 3 years . It only has 14,000+ miles on it . We wanted to make sure the car had no recalls and it was safe to drive. Mr. had battery problems foe 3 years . It only has 14,000+ miles on it . We wanted to make sure the car had no recalls and it was safe to drive. Mr. Southerd went over everything with me and extended the battery warranty to 02/19/2027. He said we were sent a letter explaining the problem a few years ago. I am sure they sent it to our Bradenton address and not our home address in Duluth. It was a very brief meeting. No service performed. More
