Poor customer service experience I took my CRV in for warranty work. When I explained what was going on; they acted as if they didn’t believe me, but I figured no big deal. When they called to tell me my car was done and I asked them what they found out. Following some noises on the phone indicating her annoyance with me she read what it said. When I asked some questions, she just made some accusatory remarks about it must be my bad driving that caused the issue. When I expressed concern saying I had been doing all interstate driving she said well it must have been really windy and that would cause the system to not work (we were talking about the cruise control and brake systems). More

I had to call 3 times as Tony was at lunch. Finally at 1210 the Toyota advisor told my car was ready and sent a courtesy vehicle to get me. I get home and notice that the receipt was printed at 1000. Why wasn’t I called? My day was on hold until I got my daughters car back. Also notice I was charged for 5 quarts of oil. I checked the owners manual and it states that capacity is 3.2. I checked the oil and the technician has overfilled it! Substandard service!!!! More
Subpar and ignorant service advisor Had my car serviced for some warranty work and they wouldn't do it under that. I finally gave in and paid it and contacted American Honda afterwards. After 2 weeks, American Honda refunded me what I paid twice the amount for the inconvenience. The reason they denied my warranty work was because I called my car a "Race Car'. The service advisor claimed that my stock 20 inch wheels were aftermarket because of it is "souped up civic". Sounds to me that this dealership needs to spend some time on educating the employees on what cars Honda actually offers. I considered buying a new car from this place again, but this was the final straw. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a new car from this place no matter how good the price is. More

Manger was very unprofessional very rude when he knows they where responsible for it I will never do service again or highly recommended them. More

Service mechanics were very rude to my wife who was there. We have been there several times before will never return More
Honda Recall Overall we were satisfied with our service experience. They performed the required recall for our car and fixed our issue. The downfall was that they did not call to tell us that we had an additional issue and when we went to pick the car up after hours. There was still a Air bag service light for the passenger side. We would have had them fix it but now we have to drive it back in for a diagnostic on the airbag. The other issue they charged us a trouble shooting fee and we told them exactly what to replace and that would have saved a cost. We will take our vehicles back just beware of there hidden fees. They quoted us a price of $450 to $750 worse case scenario and we ended up with a $847 bill. Overall, I would recommend just really communicate the issues and make sure they keep there word on the quotes. More
Not impressed i scheduled a tire rotation, spark plug replacement, check brakes appointment. A week later I arrived for my appointment on time, checked in, and was asked if i would like an additional service since my vehicle had passed 100K I settled on an additional coolant flush. I left to grab a bite to eat, while eating I received a phone call, Mike told me they didn't have the spark plugs on hand, so they couldn't preform the change. Mike asked me if i wanted to add a transmission fluid change instead so I said yes. After waiting my car was done all service had been complete except the plugs and checking the brakes. I don't know who runs the shop, but a week to order spark plugs is plenty of time, and they must have forgoten about the brakes go figure. Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back to them again. More

We stopped by the Conlki A few weeks ago my husband and I were traveling home from vacation when our Highlander's ABS and cruise control quit working. We stopped by the Conlkin service department and explained to Rodger Peck, Service Advisor our concern of continuing our travels. Rodger quickly and professionally conducted an analysis of our problems, understanding we still had a long ways to go on a road much of which was desolate. We are so very appreciative of the care and concern Rodger and the service department showed us! We were back on the road in no time at all. Thanks to all the service department and lobby personal for their kindness and hospitality. More

I had a recall on my Tacoma and Roger with Conklin's handled the service contact. The service was scheduled initially, but the parts were on backorder. Roger communicated clearly the status and rescheduled the service when the parts arrived. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks! More
Coming to expect it. I've come to expect poor service from Conklin's Salina service department. Made an appointment for 15k service. Took truck in on time and told them I'd wait (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection) ToyataCare service. The service writer was very pleasant, told me they would get right on it and I walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Walked back after lunch (45-minutes) and he said they were "nearly done, won't be long". Another 30 minutes go by and I step out into the service bay to inquire and he tells me should be ready any minute. I look out the back door and see my truck leaving a parking space and entering the shop! They hadn't even pulled it in over an hour and 15 minutes after the appointment time. My truck is pulled out front 10-15 minutes later and they say I'm ready to go. Get the service order and there is no mention of a tire rotation on the work order. Assume that if it wasn't on the work order it wasn't done? 27-point inspection, oil & filter change and tire rotation in 10-15 minutes? Not likely. Warranty concerns and ToyotaCare service plan is only reason I use Conklin's service department at all. I have had disappointment after disappointment there. I miss Waddell Toyota! More
