Wont buy here again. I only have experience with service dept. —- they’re the best!! Efficient- thorough— patient with explanations for those of us who are not car savvy! My company has had a car in the shop multiple times spent several thousand dollars trying to fix an overheating problem. Today I took the car in(thursday) after I was told earlier this week to bring it in on several thousand dollars trying to fix an overheating problem. Today I took the car in(thursday) after I was told earlier this week to bring it in on Tuesday but the tech said he couldn’t get to it until today which was fine whatever. I bring it in at 8am called at 3pm to check the status and I got told they need to speak with a GM engineer on what to do after 7 times of replacing the engine, turbo, radiator ect and still not being able to fix it. I was informed that they were just bringing me my car back (that is still going to be overheating) until they figure out what to do instead of giving me a loaner to drive in the meantime I’ve missed a week of work just this time trying to solve this with them. Not a happy customer and I’m in the market for a personal car myself but wouldn’t buy here if I got the car given to me. More
