We love our new car, and we had a great experience with Conklin Cars and Matt Pounds. When we first looked at our Buick Enclave, it was filthy. It surprised me that they would allow their cars to be so dirty on the lot. My husband encouraged me to look past that. They cleaned it up fairly well upon selling it to us, but it could have been a little cleaner. After getting it home, I had to put some work into it. Also, there were about three problems with the car we bought that needed taken care of: a chipped windshield, a squeaky steering wheel, and a black door panel piece peeling off (which they did in a timely manner at no charge to us). I also had free use of a rental car while work was done. All problems were corrected to our satisfaction except the windshield We had hoped to not even see the chip (even if that meant replacing the windshield). Unfortunately, we can still see it (although it's small). Overall, we would do business with them again. We appreciate that they gave us a great deal! More
